    The refrigerator is perfect for us as the bottom freezer makes access to the crispers quite easy and the freezer section is ample enough for two people. Great for galley kitchen where a french-doored frig won't fit. The black stainless blends with our marbled quartz countertops and backsplash. Delivery and setup was done very professionally. The only problem is the inner glass shelves tend to rattle at times. There is a small "shelf" on the door that does seem to have an actual function.

    We received the silver stainless refrigerator first and it worked great but had a lot styrofoam glued to the front doors. Performance was great and I would have given it 5 stars. Since the 1st unit was being returned we chose to buy the black stainless as a replacement. The black one has trouble keeping the temperature and this seems to create condensation in all plastic wapped bread, produce, etc. The ice maker is very loud to the point where it wakes us up sometimes. When it dumps the ice and refills it sounds like the water line is kinked or twisted. I was about to call to request a replacement with another black stainless unit.

    Our refrigerator started to lose its cooling during the pandemic, and Best But came thru in a pinch...l love my new refrigerator and the ease of ordering and having it delivered during this trying time.....it was awesome, as were the delivery guys ....

    Great so far, easy to install. Came with all components to change door direction. Well packaged which I appreciate, didn't show up damaged. We needed a smaller unit for our kitchen and thankfully this was available, all other new units were just too big to fit.

    The refrigerator and freezer keep temperature well. However, you can't open either door twice in a row (or one then the other). The doors seal up for about a minute after each use. I requested warranty repairs from LG; their service company said they don't service this model. Multiple follow-up calls yielded no result. I feel abandoned by them.
