I paid for an excellent condition and received a good condition one. Was told I had to take it back in order to get the right one but how should I be inconvenienced for their mistake. My husband picked up the fridge and they brought it to the car. When I checked it at home is when we realized it was the wrong one. Water dispenser did not dispense water and had to have LG come out to fix. Altogether an inconvenient experience!

So many great things about this refrigerator! It’s pretty and looks nice in my kitchen. The fridge portion has a good amount of space. The water and air filter work great! My only complaint is there is limited space in the freezer.

Our previous LG model which was one superceeded died after it being purchased in 2011. This is the "updated version". Plus side is plenty of freezer space (just lose the stupid plastic thingy that takes up more room than it's worth. There is a lack of adjustment in the door shelving so previously you could put bottle of wine there....(can't with this one). The control panel is better...it has a wifi thingy ( no idea why but it does) and you can adjust the temperatures from the preset ones. Anyway if you are looking for a French door fridgerator with decent frezzer space and don't want to pay the price of a new car...buy this one...if you want a lot of stupid, pointless features (computer access, a drawing board, toilet paper dispenser....and want to part with your first born) then don't buy this one.

I don't know if the problem was with the refrigerator or the stupid Total Best Buy Program (do not buy into that program - they are absolutely worthless. ) After two calls to Best Buy, to try to have them come back out and fix the problem with my brand new refrigerator, they never even had anyone call me back. I still cannot believe they did that to me. The ice maker and water were not working, so I had to pay someone else to get ir working ridiculous. I generally like this refrigerator but DO NOT buy it from Best Buy!! They were worthless. They still have not called me back even though I told them that the ice and water were not working!

The Lg refrigerator is good. Large capacity and works great.

Can't even hear when ice is being made, it's so quiet. I saw in the manual to keep gallon of milk in the main compartment and not the door. It is so cold, I really enjoy it. Love the fingerprint resistant SS.

This is so far a great refrigerator. It’s incredibly spacious and easy to find things. The ice machine being in door really gives you a lot more room and although small, we’ve never run out of ice. Quite too.

We had this appliance delivered on August 3. In about 4 hours it reached proper temperature. Fit beautifully in kitchen -so much better choice than the cabinet-depth!!

Purchased the LG French Door Refrigerator in Black Fingerprint Resistant Stainless along with LG Gas Stove in same finish. I am very happy with the space and performance of the refrigerator. I researched known issues of many brands and settled on LG. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

This a the perfect fridge for me and my family. Very spacious, quick in making ice, and easy to install.

I love the frig . It has lots of room and the drawers are great. It does have a problem with the bottom freezer. It builts up frost on the side of the door but they are going to be here in 2 days to fix that problem. Other than that I love it.

I absolutely love this fridge. Love the water and ice dispenser. Can definitely put bigger water bottles to fill up. The inside of fridge is very functional.

Great frig for the price. Much roomier than a side by side and the freezer drawers are right size and self closing. Ice maker could be better.

Great refrigerator for someone that doesn't like all the finger prints that constantly show up on the regular stainless steel refrigerator whenever someone can't resist using this to prop themselves up. The handy 2 lower drawers are pluses for storing and separating frozen foods in an orderly way but don't expect to be able to stock up on items because it's just ample enough (to me) for freezing food for a couple. The ice maker built inside the door is a very genius idea and saves from having future problems such as ice buildup under icemaker. I luv my LG.

Great refrigerator. Spacious interior gives ample room for storage. Really like the two drawer freezer. Love the look of the refrigerator with the smoke black color. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the refrigerator. The only issues that I have is that there is not enough storage space on the doors. The shelves are arranged so you can't fit a gallon of milk any place else but the door, leaving no room for condiments and little things that I'm used to having on the door. Other issue is that the ice maker spits out the ice all over the floor. Not sure I figured out yet the height the cup has to be to catch the ice.

This replaced our old LG, it's almost identical except it has wi-fi and 4 drawers instead of 3. I would like a light in the lower freezer drawer, kind of dark. The ice maker is still working ok after a month, but does clog if the ice isn't used regularly. I wish the lowest shelves were an inch higher so a gallon of milk would fit better. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Love this refrigerator! It’s spacious and looks great in my kitchen. I highly recommend it!

Easy purchasing process. No pressure from sales team, just friendly service. Very helpful service when I picked it up. They loaded it in my truck for me. Only thing I would change next time is I wouldn’t pay the delivery fee. Unloading that big ol’ fridge myself was a challenge.
