so far so good. we love the 2 drawer freezer. help devide the foods and helps get in and get out. love the fact that it is "smart". Also with the smaller ice maker, it was very helpful that they include a ben to place ice in, so make it and store it and make more. very thoughtful idea.

Got this LG Fridge delivered a couple of weeks ago when we found ourselves with a Samsung fridge that suddenly stopped making ice and would freeze everything. After a few hours of research, we decided on this LG French Door in silver and love it! Has a lot more room than we expected and the two doors on the bottom for frozen items and extra ice storage was exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend that you purchase the extra warranty option through Best Buy because most repair jobs after warranty get close to half or more than original retail price.

We really like the new refrigerator. It has a lot more room than our old refrigerator. The ice maker in the door works well. We don't use a lot of ice, so would rather have the available space in the refrigerator and freezer than to have an ice container taking up space. We like the dual freezer drawers. Things that we use regularly are kept in the top drawer which makes it easier to get things out of the freezer without having to bend over much or kneel to find items. Highly recommend

We love our LG refrigerator! I love the shelf that can slide in and out depending on what you have in there. I love the raised shelf edges so spills are caught more easily. The ice cube machine works great and doesn’t freeze up like most due to it being more compact.

Such a great fit for my new kitchen! It definitely feels like a luxury appliance. Super convenient drawer space and the double drawer freezer is so useful

This LG Refrigerator is awesome! The inside open design makes it a lot easier having parties with large platters and bowls. The ice maker flows smoothly without a lot of noise. This is the best refrigerator we have ever bought!!

I ordered this refrigerator in Feb of '25. It was delivered and the water dispenser would not work. The delivery guy called in for a repair. Before they'll send out a repairman, they first have to send new installers to make sure it's been installed correctly. Visit #2 with installers - they tell me it was installed fine and but my water pressure is low and that I need a plumber. Called a plumber, paid $150 for house visit, and my water pressure is fine. By this time we've already realized the ice dispenser is working, still not water. They schedule with Geek Squad for repair. Visit #3 - they can't figure out what's wrong and recommend a new refrigerator. A week later (after I've pulled out all the food and dragged it to the now garage refrigerator), I receive a second new refrigerator - Visit #4. Yet another interruption to my work day and another day with strangers in my home--albeit kind strangers. They install the new fridge and, guess what? The water dispenser doesn't work. Then, would you believe I have to go through the same process? Visit #5 - a big fat waste of time as they send a new group of installers to confirm that it was installed correction (it was), then Visit #6 - a new Geek Squad repair guy. We're talking 5-7 days between each of these visits. #6 Geek Squad guy can't figure it out, so he calls LG and lo and behold there's a KNOWN issue with the control panel for this water dispenser. This ONE call could have saved me a month in headaches! #6 guy orders the part and a week later Visit #7, repair guy has it fixed in 5 minutes. I spent $150 for a plumber, $30 for a Brita to use in the meantime, and over the course of a month had 7 Best Buy visits for a KNOWN issue. Honestly, I was thinking the whole time, it's just one of those things and no ones fault, but that was the final straw. I called Best Buy and request a discount on my appliance for all the time and money I was out during this whole mess. I won't get into the details, but they offered me an amount that did not seemed fair. I gave them my minimum and they said it was too high for their department, but if I went to the store directly they would take that amount off the price that I owed (purchased on BB credit and was waiting to have it resolved before I paid it off). Having that gut feeling that it was too good to be true, I asked the agent, "Am I going to have to tell this whole drawn-out story again and try to convince them, or are you telling me that it will be there in the notes and all they have to do is pull it up and then issue the discount?" She told me yes, it would be in the notes, the exact amount. I drove 30 minutes to my nearest store, no notes in my account. No mention of the discount I was promised. Complete waste of time. I just called them again today, they have the notes and I've requested they listen to the phone call. I now have to wait 5-7 days for them to decide if they're going to approve my discount or not. What a nightmare. At least the water dispenser is now working. I'm always skeptical when an original part has to be replaced though so keeping my fingers cross that it doesn't flake out on me. We drink a lot of water in our house and wanted to stop buying bottled, so this was the main reason we chose to buy a new fridge in the first place.

Refrigerator is large, quiet and has lots of storage in the refrigerated area as well as thev2 drawer freezer.

For starters, I love the refrigerator. It's very roomy and very stylish. I do wish I had more spaces for 2-liter bottes inside the fridge and not the doors. I was able to remedy that by removing one of the shelves, and it's fine. Love the notification when the fridge is left opened. love the extra freezer. its' a great fridge. The reason for the 4 stars is the lack of taller shelves, as mentioned above.

Very satisfied with the overall appliance. It looks great and easy to keep clean on the outside. The inside is roomy and arranged so that all sizes of containers; tall, wide or whatever. It’s easy to arrange shelves to your personal desire. Love the location of ice maker. It means more internal room but less ice but enough for a family of four.

This refrigerator is better than advertised. It is very quiet. The ice cubes are not large, but cocktail size. The inside is very spacious. One of my better purchases.

We like LG appliances - have had good luck with them in the past. This is much larger than our old 'fridge, and that's what we were looking for. Two different sized freezer drawers are nice to have. My only complaints so far are: 1) It doesn't want to connect to wifi/bluetooth. 2) The bottom freezer drawer grinds as you open/close it. Not sure if it was installed incorrectly or if there's a defect. Will need to get service out for a call.

The refrigerator met our expectations. We like the two drawer freezer, it enables us to find food that might be covered up by the other type of freezer door. The small footprint for the ice maker, helps leave more room for the other items. I highly recommend this model.to other refrigerator buyers.

This is a really nice refrigerator. It has adequate freezer and refrigerator space. The only reason it isn’t receiving 5 stars is the ICE Maker. The indoor ice maker is small. The cubes that are produced are small and they aren’t produced quickly enough. The suggestion to store ice in freezer is a good idea accept the maker doesn’t produce it fast enough to make this practical.
