I am so disappointed, not completely in the actual Refrigerator, although it was delivered with a deficient right side door. But more so in the complete lack of customer service in responding to the repair. I spent good money on this Refrigerator and it came with a deficient right side door, once you open it, the door flies open until it hits whatever can stop it. In my case, it is a wall next to the Refrigerator. I filed a warranty request and they have NEVER contacted me to actually fix it. What they have done is sent a text through AI with a Youtube on how to fix a Refrigerator door that will not seal, and then on how to fix a door that will not close, Neither of which is my problem. After sending each of those texts, they tell you to file another claim (which I have done multiple times now) and the loop seems to be never-ending. I bought 4 very high dollar appliances from them, which is really not the point, but based on the fact that they do not stand behind their products and offer ZERO help, I will never buy an LG appliance again. For reference, I bought this at the end of November and still zero resolution or actual contact from anyone who might be able to fix the problem. I am pretty sure no one wants a French-door Refrigerator where you have to hold the door open while using the Refrigerator. Which really defeats the purpose. The left side works as intended but the space in the actual Refrigerator is also very small which further complicates the problem, If you want a company that stands by its product, buy anything else. If not, this might be acceptable. i am very disappointed in the LG company.

The black stainless steel makes the kitchen just stand out and looks great. The new design ice maker adds a lot more room for food.

Very nice fridge, if it lasts a while my review will stand

We had a Samsung previously and we lost all cooling wiyhin 5 years. Decided to purchase Lg and so far amazed with features. Totally roomy and no issues for last month. Great looking fridge and grandchildren have easy access to their goodies. Overall a very good fridge from Lg!

This LG French door refrigerator has a very pleasing look. It is amazing how well the use of space is designed. Our things are more organized now because of the layout. The freezer drawers make finding what you are looking for so much easier than our previous refrigerator. The only minor con we have found is the cold water dispenser doesn't really provide really cold water like our previous 20 plus year old Kenmore. I guess that is part of the price to pay when they make use of every square inch of space for storage.

Our Refrigerator was delivered on time and they brought it in the house and moved the old one to the garage. After they left we began setting it up and running water through the filter and Ice maker. We ran 6 gallons thru it and could not drink the water. I pulled the refrigerator out and disconnected the metal water line that I paid for from the refrigerator. I tasted the water with the line still connected to water source, It was horrible metal overwhelming metal taste. I removed the line and tasted the water from the source and it was fine. So I purchased a new plastic line and new filter that cost me over $70.00. Everything is great now. I will be contacting Best Buy to reimburse me for the cost. They delivered a new Range with the Refrigerator with a New power cord. While attaching the cord I found a gash that went to the bare wires. Could have been Shocked and worse had I not discovered it.

Best Buy price matched a competitor for this refridgerator. We love the LG fridge, the extra freezer door is well used, everything works perfect on it. Thank you Best Buy for giving us the best price avail plus a gift cert plus rebates for opening a Best Buy CC.

The ice maker doesn’t work very well. The ice will melt slightly and then refreeze into a giant chunk. And the bottom freezer drawer doesn’t have a light. It does look nice though and has a lot of space in the fridge.

Amazing room for everything. Looks great, quiet. Has all the features we wanted. Space saving ice maker is great.

I love the roomy easy to slide drawers for the freezer and in the fridge. No fingerprints. Looks stunning. Crushes ice with ease.

Only problem I have is the ice and water dispenser display isn’t illuminated as far as cubes, crushed, or water. Very hard to see display even in daylight. Only thing you can easily read is temp. of freezer and refrigerator. Also, older LG’s have separate push for ice and water. You must hold glass out further for water dispensing. Kind of awkward. Because this frig. wasn’t on display, I didn’t realize these concerns.

We've had a side by side refrigerator for many years and liked it. This time we thought we'd make a change and purchased the LG with 4 french doors. We love it!! The refrigerator seems to be much roomier and the freezer also has more room for larger items. The two freezer doors makes access to items very easy. We have had this for about two months and are really happy with this purchase!

I have been wanting a new refrigerator and checked out all brands at Best Buy and anywhere else I could. This is the closest to ideal that I found. It has the water and ice in the door but still has shelves for condiments. I can put a gallon of milk on the door with no problem and still have room for cream and juice next to it. The only time I hear any noise from it at all is when the ice drops into the bin. Very happy with this purchase

I love that I found a fridge that dif not have ice in the bottom, only in the door. I do wish there was more room in the freezer, i feel as though i cakt put enough food in the.

Good looking refrigerator. Have had couple months. My only issue is freezer doors don’t stay open while you are putting items in or out. You have to hold the handle. Otherwise good.

This is second LG fridge we purchased. Have only had this one about a month but previous one has worked out excellent

Replaced a similar French door fridge which I was having issues with. I am super pleased with this LG so far (about 1 month in). Everything is functioning properly, and I really enjoy the 2 drawer freezer so I am not having to dig for items that would typically be stacked in the one drawer freezer style. Ice and water work great. My only complaint would be that the door with the ice maker in it is pretty heavy and seems to slam easier.

It feels very spacious, the two freezer doors are very convenient. Ice maker basket is not that big but very convenient because it is on the door and is not taking space on the fridge.

Excellent value for the money. Awesome size and spacious design. Easy to clean and maintain.
