Fridg working fine.... took16 hrs before making ice, water does not enter tray immediatly, must reach 19 degrees according to a video. Wifi set up is flaky had to unplug/plug fridge to get working, its pretty worthless LG thinQ is crap, maybe there is a better app avail. The displayed temperatures , I believe are the SET values not the real values, All I can get from thin Q is ON and SET TEMPS........

Lots of room, 27,4 cubic feet gives you so much more room and visibility into the refrigerator. The extra draw makes finding such a difference. The built in ice maker does not take up extra room, very good design. Best of all, the delivery and install went flawless, working with professionals does make a difference. Needless to say we are very satisfied with the purchase and delivery of this refrigerator

This refrigerator is very nicely sized and not have a bunch of useless areas that are never quite big enough to fit stuff. I love the split freezer drawers! The ice comes out in the mini size and I adore that. I’m not sure if ice come into bottom of freezer or just on the door. I have not take. The time to read the manual yet to find out. Happy with my purchase so far.

We love our new refrigerator! It fits in the space perfectly. It’s nice sized. I love the ice and water feature. I would recommend it as well as purchase it again in the future if I needed to.

This is second LG fridge we purchased. Have only had this one about a month but previous one has worked out excellent

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve had this product for just since July of 23 and absolutely love it. My only concern is sometimes the ice cubes in the ice maker get stuck on the sides away from the dispenser and you have to tap it a few times to get the ice to fall. Still makes quality ice, but just a small annoyance.

Got this new refrigerator from Bestbuy. There was a small dent on the bottom freezer drawer and bestbuy promptly replaced. Refrigerator works great so far, it’s only been couple of weeks now. Couple of things could have been better: The bottom most freezer drawer doesn’t have a light. The right side door does not close automatically when you give a light push compared to the left door.Other than that love all other features especially spacing on left door due to the ice maker consuming less space, the fact that the first freezer compartment can be adjusted to make it refrigerator and notifications on your mobile app if the door was left open. Overall we felt it’s a good purchase and serves well for our family.

The water filter and ice maker have not been working g since time of purchase. We have had to call Best Buy team to help assist. It has been 2 weeks now, no resolution. Will update review based on results later.

Easily accessible and keeps temps exactly right. Works as advertised!

Overall this is a great refrig. I do like the double draw freeze b/c it makes it easier to find what I am looking for. The only problem I have is the ice is in the door, which makes it close faster b/c of the weight.

fridge looks great, operates great, wife is happy, maybe a little noisy on icemaker but one gets used to it, ice volume and size is not great but overall quality makes up for it ...fridge volume is nice and we like the shelf layout....no problems with it but only had around 2 months....so time will tell

This has so much room it looks empty lol. When all my children and grandchildren come over we have enough room for all the drinks and meals we cook prep for and all the leftovers

I love my new fridge! It is so spacious and the 2 freezer drawers are great.

Love the look and layout of the refrigerator/freezer. Ice machine gets blocked from time to time but can be shaken loose.

This is a replacement refrigerator for a Samsung. It is heads above any day we had the Samsung(3 1/2 years). Very quiet and spacious.

Great fridge. We had been looking to upgrade our small fridge and finally settled on this. Has plenty of storage for our family of four and holds contents that we buy in bulk since we live out of the way of any stores. App lets you see how many times the kids open the doors in any given day and also alerts to when its time to change filters.

I really like the amount of space the freezer and refrigerator has. The bottom drawers are easy to get to and I have sections for frozen vegetables, meat, desserts and misc. We wish the icemaker would put out more ice. It has a storage container to dump ice into and that is what we are doing to stay ahead. I like the finish as it is easy to keep clean.
