bought this to replace my 19 year old French door fridge and I'm so glad I did. I love the 2 freezer drawers rather than the single drawer with a second level slide out - much easier to keep organized. The water/ice dispenser works great. So far I'm loving it.

Really nice refrigerator and freezer, we loved it. but ice maker and freezer stopped working at 22 months.

Outstanding refrigerator! The amount of storage space is wonderful. I like the alert that lets you know that the door was not completely closed. The ice maker is great! I like the size of the ice cubes and crushed ice.

The Refrigerator is everything my wife was looking for in a refrigerator. The image to display is exactly the one on the upper right hand side on this page. The French doors have more storage space than our old LG. the freezer storage is easier to organize. the water has a larger opening and a large water bottle can fit with choice of cube or crushes ice. excellent product !!

The water filter and ice maker have not been working g since time of purchase. We have had to call Best Buy team to help assist. It has been 2 weeks now, no resolution. Will update review based on results later.

We've had our new fridge for about a month now and so far so good. We really love it. so much more space and convenience. The only slight drawback is the ice making capacity. If you have a large family the ice maker probably won't keep up. but it has a handy extra storage bin in one of the freezer drawers that we use for extra ice. Other than that we have loved it so far.

Love the style of the fridge but after two years it started to have failures. Two months ago the ice maker quit working. Turned out it was the fan blowing cold air up to the ice maker. Found part online and got it working again. Now the entire upper fridge section is not working. Called geek squad to come out and troubleshoot/fix problem. Geek tech did some diagnostics and determined it was a faulty control board. Was given an invioce for estimated cost. Paid the invioce in order to get the control board ordered so we could get the fridge running as soon as possible. Follow up apointment for control board replacement was the next Friday. Friday came, received txt the tech would be arriving between 1 and 5. 6 o’clock no tech. Called geek support and got the run around. Finally was told “tech had family emergency’” and didn’t make it. (No kidding). Ask when to reschedule and earliest date was the following Thursday. Called back the next day to confirm appointment and it was never made. Now being told it is more than two weeks out. Not happy with the LG problem unit and more disappointed with Best Buy and the horrible tech support. Overall zero stars for both LG and Best Buy. And i still have a broken fridge.

This is my 1st fridge with built-in water filtration system. Needless to say, I was SO EXCITED to finally receive it and enjoy my new purchase! After flushing the needed amount of water (and then some!) through the water filter, my water STILL smelled and tasted like I'm drinking water from a chemistry lab. And after 2-3 minutes, my whole mouth would start burning too! Good thing I never swallowed the water, yikes! I tried a new water filter but the result was still the same. So. Because of this defect, Best Buy is replacing my fridge. Other than the faulty water line or filter, the refrigerator is absolutely awesome! I love how spacious it is, how wonderful it still looks inside and out after 2 weeks of using it. I love that I have 2 door freezer. All the compartments are easily accessible and roomy, and the deli drawer and its' adjustable temperature is wonderful! I am very happy with the fridge itself. The chemical lab water experience is what brought my rating down to 2. Hopefully the replacement fridge is going to be up to my expectations!

Love our new LG refrigerator. It’s replacing a similar one that only lasted 6.5 years before the ice maker and then the freezer went. Hope this one lasts longer!

I love this refrigerator has great design and is extremely well built. Customer service from LG is awesome if you have questions.

We have got our refrigerator and like it a lot it took a while for the ice to make out of the ice maker, we love how much room is in the refrigerator now. We use to have a side by side

This refrigerator is worth every penny! It has a ridiculous amount of space and nice features like an expandable/retractable rack for very large or tall items. It has gallon size storage in the doors. The led lighting is soothing to the eyes for sure as well as the brushed stainless steel doors and drawers which are easy to keep clean. And last but not least is the 10 year warranty on the compressor. Gotta love that!

We have only had this for about a month and so far we love it. We bought it to replace a smaller refrigerator. We love the amount of shelving and the collapsible shelf that makes room for taller items. Make sure that you double measure every corner of your space to see if this will fit. We had to remove the overhead cupboard because it seems that our floor is not even, so the refrigerator didn't fit in the front.

This model is excellent in every way: size for our needs, smudge resistance (super easy to clean using only a soft cloth), beautiful, super efficient layout of storage in refrigerator, and freezer, in door ice dispenser. Jennifer, at Best Buy in Beaumont, CA was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She is an asset to Best Buy (superior customer service in purchase, exchange, and delivery). We exchanged a counter depth model for this larger model. Perfect for our kitchen.

I'm going to go with four stars for right now. I have only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks. It works like it should and seems to be well made. Only time will tell. This is the reason for 4 stars. If it makes it a year without issue then 5 stars it will be.

I love this fridge! I have so much space for my food! I also love that I can separate my meats from my ice cream and frozen veggies since there are two freezers. The only drawback is that the left door always shuts with a bang. I wish they would’ve made it more like the right side where the door closes smoothly and quietly.

In box, delivered with a broken left handle and glass shelf was scratched in4 places. Smaller than my prior LG/Kenmore similar model. Hate the limited configuration of the glass shelves and door storage. Love the smudge free exterior. Love the tiny cubes. Like the double drawer freezer. LOVE Best Buy delivery guys!!!

quiet, solid, and spacious. Ice maker is great too. Perfect purchase.
