I love the fact that it has the two separated freezer draws. That makes it so easy to use. I also like the fact that it is easy to see everything and I can find what I am looking for. It is quiet Everyone who comes in my home remarks how beautiful it looks. So far we are pleased with our purchase. The delivery was on time and the guys did a great job removing my old fridge and setting this one up.

We needed a replacement for an existing refrigerator and chose the LG French door model with 4 doors. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the functionality of the refrigerator. One issue however, is the center mullion bar on the left door. Occasionally it fails to return to original position and must be manually corrected.

We love our new refrigerator! It fits in the space perfectly. It’s nice sized. I love the ice and water feature. I would recommend it as well as purchase it again in the future if I needed to.

So far so good, the refrigerator looks great in the kitchen and love all the space.

Happy with configuration. Crushed and cubed ice maker is the bomb.

Great fridge. Had it for about 9 months now with 0 issues. Love the ice plus feature to make faster ice. Filters are super easy say to change.

This refrigerator has worked out great for us. Really like the features - the 2 large refrig doors with good space. The 2 freezer drawers, crushed and regular ice. Would buy again. Also got a great sale price.

This is a review after one year of use. The refrigerator worked perfectly for about the first 8.5 months. We had a small issue where the icemaker stopped making any ice. They were quick to send a new icemaker and have someone come out to replace as soon as the package arrived. Once installed we were advised to wait 24 hours before use. After 24 hours the icemaker was not making any ice. From here it was all down hill... The freezers went next and the screen above the water / ice dispenser showed an error. After hours on the phone and multiple conversations with LG over a month or so the refrigerator finally quit and we had to demand someone come out to service. Through this process we learned that the compressors on LG refrigerators were less than reliable and they are reluctant to replace a refrigerator. We had a local technician come out to replace the compressor through LG but only after a lot of effort and fighting with LG. If you do decide to purchase an LG refrigerator be sure to get a protection plan through Best Buy because you will probably need it. Best Buy was helpful through this process but LG was reluctant to do very much, really...

So far so good…it’s been a great purchase for the family.

Fridg working fine.... took16 hrs before making ice, water does not enter tray immediatly, must reach 19 degrees according to a video. Wifi set up is flaky had to unplug/plug fridge to get working, its pretty worthless LG thinQ is crap, maybe there is a better app avail. The displayed temperatures , I believe are the SET values not the real values, All I can get from thin Q is ON and SET TEMPS........

Very nice refrigerator. Would have gave a little higher score but the door with the water and ice maker slams pretty hard when closing it. I have never owned a French door refrigerator so maybe all of them do it. Also the two freezer drawers are amazing. Would recommend it to everyone.

Lots of room, well built, great lighting. Could use a bit more freezer space but functions perfectly

Love the fridge. Good amount of space inside. Quiet.

The fridge is nice, though surprisingly the freezer was smaller than our side by side fridge freezer. We like the layout better though. Best Buy over charged us by $200 on it though and then "emailed us the receipt". That is the second time that week they overcharged us by over $100 from the price they quoted. I will always require a printed receipt from now on.

This product is everything I expected and then some. It gives me ample room to see EVERYTHING in the refrigerator and there is more organized space in the freezer. I could not be happier.

Overall this is a great refrig. I do like the double draw freeze b/c it makes it easier to find what I am looking for. The only problem I have is the ice is in the door, which makes it close faster b/c of the weight.

Spacious and nice. No regrets. Wife is happy, everyone is happy. It was a good decision.
