Bought this fridge to replace my existing one. The ice maker is better than my previous ones, no more clogging. One button to dispense ice and water is way better than the old one with separate button, that was confusing to our guests. The on the door trays are larger than the previous model, we can store bigger bottle etc. Double freezer allows us to organize our stuff better.

This refrigerator is a great deal for the price. However, the one major drawback is the interior lighting. With only a single thin strip of lighting to illuminate the entire upper section, the bottom shelves are often dark once items are placed on the top shelf. If I could separate delivery and Best Buy customer service out from the product, I would. Best Buy customer service is atrocious. It took four delivery attempts to finally get this product delivered, and countless phone calls to process a gift card that Best Buy promised me for my “inconveniences.” To this day I’ve received neither. I’m returning the refrigerator and buying from a different retailer. I’d rather pay for an extended warranty than take advantage of the 2 year warrant that comes with my Best Buy membership.

This is my second LG fridge, the first one lasted 10 years and then the condenser died. This new LG is perfect for us as the freezer is separated into two levels do that my mom does not need to bend down too much to reach the first section. Price wise no complain with 18 months interest free. Deliver and installation arrived on time and called the day before plus called that not to let us know they are coming.

The quality of this refrigerator seems high. It was delivered without blemish and in the month that we have had it, everything works as advertised with no issues. We enjoy the two-door freezer a great deal as it makes organizing and finding frozen food easy. I always worry about the ice maker feature - this one produces moderate amount of ice reliably and no fuss.

Love my new refridgerator! It’s so roomy on the inside shelf’s.

Our salesperson was immensely helpful. We had been to 3 other places before BestBuy and really got no help. He showed us different options and models and tracked down availability for them. We are thrilled with the ice maker and water dispenser and love the french doors and freezer on the bottom.

Not only does it look good, it's a great product! We upgraded our refrigerator from a standard side-by-side. So glad we did! The adjustable shelves and extra space to hold a sheet cake when both doors are open is great! Was hesitant about the freezer space but it's great! Just enough room to keep it organized. Its been 7 months and no issues at all. I love it!

Lots of space in the fridge. Not really a fan of the two freezers now that I have it. Overall a great fridge/freezer and WOULD recommend.

This refrigerator is very nicely sized and not have a bunch of useless areas that are never quite big enough to fit stuff. I love the split freezer drawers! The ice comes out in the mini size and I adore that. I’m not sure if ice come into bottom of freezer or just on the door. I have not take. The time to read the manual yet to find out. Happy with my purchase so far.

Purchased to replace a 1994 fridge that was noisy, leaking water, and not cooling as it should. We purchased this model as we have numerous other LG products. Some reviews were negative but I found this fridge to be very quiet and the wireless option is nice with the app. The only thing I wish there was is a light also in the lower freezer compartment. Not a big issue but would be nice. I think this purchase is well worth it so far.

Lots of room, 27,4 cubic feet gives you so much more room and visibility into the refrigerator. The extra draw makes finding such a difference. The built in ice maker does not take up extra room, very good design. Best of all, the delivery and install went flawless, working with professionals does make a difference. Needless to say we are very satisfied with the purchase and delivery of this refrigerator

Plenty of room for a big family! I wish the ice maker held more ice but not a huge deal

This is a great fridge with the one exception bei by that the right door doesn’t close easily. I don’t know if it’s a design flaw or my fridge is messed up.

Size is great but we liked the drink drawer on our last samsung. Everytime you pull the freezer doors the entire fridge moves forward on the wheels.

Provides good space, quiet and easy access with value

We replaced a side by side refrigerator with this French door and it has exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room with easier access. The two freezer drawers make it more flexible. The front door ice and water are great. The refrigerator is wifi enabled and can be diagnosed via a smart phone. The fingerprint resistance is also very helpful to maintain a clean appearance. We love this refrigerator!

Love the refrigerator so far. Love the wide shelves in the refrigerator. Perfect size for our space. Came with a dent in the freezer drawer and a scratch on the handle but Best Buy is working on replacing those 2 items.

Easily accessible and keeps temps exactly right. Works as advertised!

Awesome looking refrigerator! The left opening door takes some getting used to because the ice maker is a part of the door. We just need to be aware when letting the door close on its own the door slams shut and can be a bit startling. Overall LG did a great job with the space design. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.
