Excellent storage, very roomy , Ice and water thru door works great.

Great refrigerator, works as expected. Love having the two freezers drawers instead of one big one. Lots of room in the refrigerator.

This is by far a wonderful French Door, I love the equal drawers. The doors do not close at the same rate of speed so you have to be very gentle closing the left ice door as it does slam if not held onto. The right door is so light closing I feel it doesnt have a good seal. But does close and stay closed.

This refrigerator is so spacious inside even the ice maker doesnt take up much room because its in the door. The two door freezer holds so much food. Perfect for my family of four.

Note that I’ve owned this refrigerator for almost 2 years with no issues. I can say I’m very happy with my purchase. If I was to find 1 thing to complain about is the ice maker clogs up occasionally (rarely) and it’s more likely my kids leaving the fridge open to long

Great product; Excellent customer service, something exactly what i was looking for.

After our old refrigerator kept freezing items in the normal fridge door we looked for a new one. We bought this during Black Friday and it’s very spacious with plenty of room . Just take a few minutes to arrange items the first time because this will likely set the way you arrange going forward too.

My wife and I love this fridge. As many people have probably experienced before our old fridge broke so we had to find a new one to purchase. After browsing numerous other options this LG fridge offered the best space and functions for what our family of 5. Plenty of space, drawers, shelves, and you can even monitor functions thru wifi.

Great product for black friday price. Pay for the extended warranty dont get it wth the total rewards warranty. Total rewards warranty isnt good for appliances

we ordered a refrigerator from another competitor. Big mistake! After that fiasco, we went to Best Buy and purchased a new refrigerator. It has all the space I want and need! I love the 2 drawer freezer. The delivery team, sales associates knowledge and the entire process was outstanding We! We will never buy anything elsewhere again

I like this refrigerator, but I’m not a fan of the way the top shelves are organized. I feel like it wastes a lot of space. I also wish it had another ice maker. The ice maker is not very fast and does only make small amounts, which is fine unless you have a lot of company.

Wow! So impressed with this LG fridge. Really like the 2 drawer freezer. The ice maker works great and makes more than enough ice each day. Very roomy fridge. Easy hook-up to WI-FI and my smart phone. All in all, it is a “10”!

Horrendous experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad—TotalTech is a scam. My fridge, barely over a year old, died more than THREE WEEKS before Thanksgiving, and they couldn’t fix or replace it in time for the holiday. For the $2,200 price tag, I expected much better reliability. The fact that it failed so quickly is a clear indication of poor quality, especially for a product I trusted to last much longer. My Experience I reported the issue on November 6, and the earliest appointment (with a $105 fee) wasn’t until November 14. The tech came out, said it needed a new Main Control Board, and assured me the part would arrive overnight. Fast forward to November 19, and I’m told the part still hasn’t shipped. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. On November 21 I heard back, only to be told the part is no longer available from the manufacturer, and my fridge will be replaced—except they can only offer me the Black Friday sale price, not what I paid. The icing on the cake? The earliest replacement appointment is December 5. Meanwhile, I find the part online from LG available with overnight shipping proving they lied about availability. Best Buy and Geek Squad have completely ruined my holiday and shown zero urgency or competence. Never again.

Very spacious! We purchased this to gain more storage room and it works terrific. The slim ice maker produces more than enough ice for our family

So far, so good. It is impossible to know how good the unit is until it has been a few years. Operationally, it is very good. Longevity is a question which will not be answered for a while.

Great fridge. Connects to WiFi and looks bigger in person.
