My fridge, barely over a year old, died more than THREE WEEKS before Thanksgiving, and they couldn’t fix or replace it in time for the holiday. For the $2,200 price tag, I expected much better reliability. The fact that it failed so quickly is a clear indication of poor quality, especially for a product I trusted to last much longer. My Experience I reported the issue on November 6, and the earliest appointment (with a $105 fee) wasn’t until November 14. The tech came out, said it needed a new Main Control Board, and assured me the part would arrive overnight. Fast forward to November 19, and I’m told the part still hasn’t shipped. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. On November 21 I heard back, only to be told the part is no longer available from the manufacturer, and my fridge will be replaced—except they can only offer me the Black Friday sale price, not what I paid. The icing on the cake? The earliest replacement appointment is December 5. Meanwhile, I find the part online from LG available with overnight shipping proving they lied about availability. Best Buy and Geek Squad have completely ruined my holiday and shown zero urgency or competence. Never again.

It has a slide-under shelf that allows for taller items to be stored with no problem. Ice and water functions working as expected

Even has a alarm to let you know that the doors been open to long . Very user friendly for ice and water and even changing the filter is super easy.

However, the left door is missing a stopper and Best Buy WILL NOT fix it. They are telling me I need to go back the manufacturer! Worst part is, I pay for the (not so) Total Tech Program with is pretty much worthless these days. So $2000 investment and Best Buy won't stand behind it. Hey, Best Buy, that's a great way to lose market Share! I recommend the item, just go buy it somewhere else.

Only problem is getting the wifi set up. It wont recognize the password they gave me. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the purchase.

The bottom freezer does not have a light and the left side fridge door closes really hard. Other then that it has worked fine for us.

Not a single problem. If anything it gets TOO cold! - then I just readjust the thermostat. Seriously love this thing...only wish it had a light for the bottom drawer - but if that's the only hang up...then buy this fridge!
