I love this refrigerator. It’s so spacious . The water and ice dispenser works beautifully.

Our old fridge didn't make the best use of the space it took up. The ability to easily arrange the shelves, and two freezer drawers on bottom works great. The large water & ice dispenser is an excellent feature as often the glass or bottle used for this is larger than what older models made space for. Should have bought sooner.

Functions well. Short comming, Our previous refrgigerator had resesses' molded into the doors that let you slide the pantry drawer all the way open without openign the doors all the way.

Nice fridge with lots of room. Freezer space is limited and doesn't produce much ice.

Awesome refrigerator. I love the top and Bottom space and I also like the option of having a third freezer drawer of your choice.

This unit is nicely laid out to fit just about anything we have to put in it. Except for a butter dish compartment! Great ice maker and water dispenser. We got it on sale and the installation crew did a great job getting it into the house without having to take the front door off. Excellent fridge, excellent installation crew!!

First off, AVOID samsung fridges like the plague. Within a year the ice maker was dead and they wouldn't do anything about it. So we've replaced it with this LG and we love it so far! The quality is better, the arrangement of the ice maker and dispenser seems for structurally sound and we love the black stainless steel look.

Very spacious, bright light. We love the two drawers for the freezer, it really helps with organization and eliminates the need to dig around for freezer items. This fridge really maximizes the space and has tons of options for organization.

Great size, good looking fridge. Everything works as advertised.

We really like the new fridge , the only complaint is the ice maker doesn’t make ice as fast or as much as we hoped We originally wanted the double ice maker fridge but they where out of stock and we needed on now

The product is perfect. The middle drawer is perfect for our family. The sleek design fits well in the space. The installation team was professional, knowledgeable, and quick.

Ice maker to small. Hopefully the compessor last more than 2 years.

So bought this expensive refrigerator and have 2 problems. First one was bottom freezer door producing ice around the seal of the door. We have an extended warranty with best buy so we called they came out. Best buy thought it was a compressor defect and told us to call LG since less than one year and still under LG warranty. We called LG they came out and it was a screw that was not tight enough problem fixed. But taking the time to meet with best buy ..then LG took time for me to wait at home both times..that sucked. For the past several months my ice has a sell to it, not the water...just the ice from the icemaker. We changed the water filter and air filter and used LG ( expensive) made parts. That didnt help. Callled LG twice and the first time I was told get rid of all the ice and put baking soda box in the fridge to absorb the smells. Did it and it didnt work. I have NO onions or garlic in the fridge..yet the ice continues to smell. Called LG today about the problem and I am being told that problem is NOT covered by the warranty ( how convenient) So again I have the best buy warranty and will be calling them. I never had this happen to my previous fridge and in that on I stored everything and never had bad ice taste or smell. It was a Frigidaire. I have LG washers and dryers and they work great, but because the way LG is responding with this...I will not be buying any LG product in the future. I also own TWO 55" LG TVs and you should look at WiFi connection problems with there TVs. Google it and you will see. Best buy came and fixed BOTH of them as well. Avoid LG products

Wife loves it, so I'm a happy camper. Bit of a large fit, but you can remove the doors & drawers with a bit of tlc....if you need to get it through annoyingly tiny house doors. Water does shoot out like a jet stream...but still good though

Beautiful fridge. Spacious. Just what we were looking for.

Purchased this on sale as our older different model fridge (1994) was starting to make a lot of noice and leaking water. This fridge is very quiet and perfect for what we wanted. Sales person was great in answering questions and the delivery and hook-up process went just as great. They also hauled away the old fridge for $15 so you can't beat that.

After our 20 year old Sub Zero was dying from a refrigerant leak that couldn't allow fixing to be economical, we shopped stores and found Best Buy had this LG model, and a very helpful salesman to work with us to make a purchase easy. Design and engineering of the refrigerator model is subperb, and user-friendly as well.
