I was told they changed the cooling method and that solved the issue. The only issue we've had was ice became stuck in the chute once and froze. We had to chop it out. Other than that the refrigerator h worked great.

The only bad detailed is that the ice maker quit working after a week of purchase. I quit buying samsung cause they´re very problematic. My other refrigerator is a samsung and it took a whole month providing ice and water to repair the ice maker. This piece took a week to stop making ice and filtered water. I wouldn´t recommend to buy this kind of ref.

If your unit stopped making ice or dispensing water within a week, it may be due to the water supply line being kinked or the water valve not fully open. Please also check that the ice maker is turned on and that the freezer is set to 0°F for optimal performance.

Additionally, the Best Buy Appliance Sales Staff at the S. Independence store in Virginia Beach is at the top of their game. Delivery - some steps and a tight doorway involved but the delivery team did a remarkable job. Overall - Best Buy is in fact the place for the best buy.

I love the fact it has up scale user friendly tech. I like the fact that almost all the shelves are removable. This really helps me set up the shelves the way I want them for all my products that I need. Overall I would say its the best Ive ever had and I would recoment it to any and all of my friends. Also I would like to thak the team at best buy for all their help in picking this one.
