Paid for installation but brought to short of a hose for ice maker after being told it was a long distance. Had to do it myself. Great refrigerator but I expect everything I paid for.

Best Buy sent a new one of the same model and the water dispenser did not work on that one. I changed my order to a different brand name and model and the water dispenser worked fine. This model of fridge's water dispensers have had multiple problems according to the delivery driver.
