The doors do not close at the same rate of speed so you have to be very gentle closing the left ice door as it does slam if not held onto. The right door is so light closing I feel it doesnt have a good seal. But does close and stay closed.

Super friendly and used straps so the floor wasn’t scuffed by a hand truck.

Compressor is making a horrible screaming noise. LG wants to charge me $500 for the repair. Don't believe their warranty. Unit must be non-functioning for the 5 year warranty to kick in. So I must either pay for the service myself or wait for it to die. Oh- and customer service is the worst.

The LG is great with positive changes over my old Samsung. The only missing piece for me is the refrigerator drawer. I wish LG had that feature on their models.

Best Buy sent a new one of the same model and the water dispenser did not work on that one. I changed my order to a different brand name and model and the water dispenser worked fine. This model of fridge's water dispensers have had multiple problems according to the delivery driver.
