DO NOT BUY LG! Review this and all LG models regarding compressor issues. I have had mine for 6 months and the freezer stopped working - lost roughly $400 in food. Error code is refrigerant leak in evaporator. 3 weeks for a repair person. Called LG and was told i was being escalated and I was left on hold for 2 hours. I have read nightmare stories about LG refrigerators - unfortunately it was after I bought this lemon.

Best Buy replaced my refrigerator that wouldn’t work anymore with a brand new LG 4Door French Door Smart Wi-Fi enabled Black Stainless Steel refrigerator with no charge to me. It is beautiful.

So happy I purchased this refrigerator. The sales person was very helpful.

After doing some research about different brands and their reliability, we decided on this LG model. Not only rated high by consumers reports, it had many positive reviews on line. We bought it Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning.

This is a great refrigerator. Love all the storage and the double freezer. Looks great in our new house! The only negative thing is that it doesn't produce a ton of ice, so if you're planning on hosting people then you'll need to grab a bag of ice.

Love the new fridge. But the water has a chemical taste. I even replaced the filter

Doing a kitchen remold and finally ready to install this in a 36inch space and would not fit despite being 35 7/8. took out a level and noticed how the sides have buckles and the top on both sides curve. Went to the store and same thing. Now spending $400 to fix this issue. As for performance. It new. Motor can be loud when it kicks on for 30 sec ever couplw hours but nothing horrible. Freeze drawers do not stay open on their own. Plastic shelf has a flimsy feel to it. the handles on the door are cheap plastic and scratch easily

Overall nice fridge, not to sure about the seals on the freezer as only a wrapper allowed air to get in disturbed the seal.

As expected. Delivery was ok. Fridge needed a new handle the day of installation, but Best Buy was fast at sending me a new handle for it.

Would have wanted it to be fingerprint resistant. Doors slammed when closed

Love how big it is but it only makes a small amount of ice. The bin is so small

Ended up buying this model from Best Buy when other stores were on backorder. This purchase, with delivery notifications, and home delivery were within 10 days. Excellent service!

I first bought a Kitchen Aide refrigerator and it was delivered and ice maker didn't work. I decided to send it back and purchase LG. . Very happy I did. Reviews on Kitchen Aide were bad and the LG had excellent reviews. Best Buy was very helpful in this exchange.

We ordered our appliances months before our new home was completed. Arranging for delivery was straight forward and efficient. Love our appliances. Thanks to Mike in Brentwood, TN for all his assistance in choosing these appliance and for arranging for a months' later deliver.

Lots of space. Easy to organize food. Only negative, you have to open both top doors to access the snack drawer.

Great fridge with a lot of room but the doors slam shut. Which can make a mess if food not secured. Would recommend but something needs to be done about door situation.

spacious. seems fine. but the be warned, the black stainless has ZERO magnet functionality. so it that is a deal breaker for you, look elsewhere. wish i knew this before i bought this fridge. extremely disappointed in that
