Bought may 2023 Error code IF E. 6 months after purchased. Water dispenser and ice dispenser quit working. I had Bought the 3 year warranty, so i had geek squad came out and they fixed it. Fast forward to feb 2025, same error code again. Still under warranty having them come out again to fix. Warranty to expire in 2026 so pretty nervous, purchase with caution.

Simply amazing and no issues so far. maybe it is too early but satisfied with LG quality. Wish the third could be adjusted to both freezer and refrigerator. But we didn't research upfront and went and bought with assumption.

I really like this frig. The only complaint is that it has taken awhile for the ice to taste good. Had to empty out several buckets. Other than that really like it.

I got this on sale and could not be happier, the big draw for me was that the ice maker is built into the door, so you do not have all the wasted space on the shelf.

I love how roomy it's in side I have always owned side by side fridge /freezer This is the first 4 door French doors / print proof and I am very satisficed with my choice.

The unit was as stated in the advertisement. It is very large.

the first few days it did not make ice. finally it began to work. we like the new fridge. our previous lg fridge could adjust the shelves much easier. but we will adjust to that.

Love everything about the fridge except ice maker is small, but this gives more space in the refrigerator. We just make a habit of dumping the extra ice into the bin in top drawer of freezer to save extra ice.

This refrigerator would not fit through our kitchen door, so we were unable to keep it. Didn't know we should have purchased a counter depth. We were told later that older homes don't have wide enough doors - very disappointing.

The french doors are nice, but the selling point for me is the middle freezer drawer. Perfect for accessing things quick without disturbing the deep freeze items.

I owned this refrigerator before and purchased it again. It was a good price and the sales staff was very helpful.

I like rhe smart fewtures that come with the fridge so i can keep an eye on it if something goes wrong

I love the storage in the top and bottom areas. The ice and water dispenser is easily accessible and doesnt spill the crushed ice. I like having the wifi feature on it.

This fridge is massive on the inside with good organization. Ice bin a bit small but not a big deal. The freezer drawers are a nice touch to allow easy access to all your frozen items. Would recommend.

Would prefer half shelf be useable on left side. Also would prefer covered shelf in door for butter.

I like the refrigerator but if I was designing the inside I would changed a couple of things. The drawer for meat would be better divided because you have to open both doors every time to get items out. The ice dispenser is very small and the ice melts together in a very short time and the dispenser is messy when shooting out ice and water. A ladder is needed to change the fresh air filter. I'm not six feet tall.

I have had this refrigerator for about 6 months. It is, hands down, the very best refrigerator I have ever had. Amazing features and I can’t say enough about how amazing it is to have your produce bins at eye level. LOVE IT!!!

My water and ICE filter are still not working properly.
