Nice fridge. Could amp up the ice cube mfg though.

We loved out refrigerator. However we faced some issues as there was some water leakage, but Best Buy Geek Squad are simply awesome and very very responsive.

Bought may 2023 Error code IF E. 6 months after purchased. Water dispenser and ice dispenser quit working. I had Bought the 3 year warranty, so i had geek squad came out and they fixed it. Fast forward to feb 2025, same error code again. Still under warranty having them come out again to fix. Warranty to expire in 2026 so pretty nervous, purchase with caution.

The Pacific Sales salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installers did an excellent job. They had to remove some parts of both the old and new refrigerators to get them through the opening to the kitchen!

If you like ICE, don’t get this bc it can’t keep up for a family of 4.

So happy I purchased this refrigerator. The sales person was very helpful.

We like the look and compartments but the ice bin is small. Also the fan made a noise because it was hitting the housing which we fixed by loosening a screw that attaches the housing to the back of the fridge.

We wanted 4 door refrigerator with double freezer doors, Only complaint is that top drawer was shallow than previous tray compared to 3 doors refrigerator. Thus we needed to re shuffle the items. We haven’t connected the water to ice / water dispenser.

Love the new fridge. But the water has a chemical taste. I even replaced the filter

Does what it's supposed to... though the wifi feature does next to nothing... other than opening up another means to get hacked by.

Best Buy replaced my refrigerator that wouldn’t work anymore with a brand new LG 4Door French Door Smart Wi-Fi enabled Black Stainless Steel refrigerator with no charge to me. It is beautiful.

This is our second LG refrigerator. As with anything, they only last so long so this is a replacement for our first unit. This one is almost identical with a few added features and upgrades. If this one provides the service our first unit did, we will be very pleased! Thanks LG and Best Buy..!

Like the stainless steel and wifi connection. The spout to the water is forward and for smaller cups you must hold the cup forward and press the dispenser with the other hand.

We like the small freezer drawer. We're not too impressed with the meat drawer.

Love the fridge but lost some freezer space compared to my side by side that was smaller

spacious. seems fine. but the be warned, the black stainless has ZERO magnet functionality. so it that is a deal breaker for you, look elsewhere. wish i knew this before i bought this fridge. extremely disappointed in that

DO NOT BUY LG! Review this and all LG models regarding compressor issues. I have had mine for 6 months and the freezer stopped working - lost roughly $400 in food. Error code is refrigerant leak in evaporator. 3 weeks for a repair person. Called LG and was told i was being escalated and I was left on hold for 2 hours. I have read nightmare stories about LG refrigerators - unfortunately it was after I bought this lemon.
