Nothing but issues with water dispensing. Best Buy is delivering 4th refrigerator today. Geek Squad tried to fix fridge. (Really did not do much). So far Best Buy has done nothing to rectify the issue.

Hooked it up in March, Ice Maker was broken, took 2 weeks to get it repaired. Mid this month, I noticed food starting to go bad in the fridge. I thought maybe I didn't have it set low enough. set it to the lowest setting and food still going bad. I bought a temparature gauge to put in there and found that although I have set it to 33 degrees, the fridge never falls before 42 - 45 degrees. Not warm enough to notice immediately, but not cold enough to keep food safe. Threw out a full refridgerator full of food and now after almost a week after reporting the problem to them, I still don't have a repair date even scheduled.

Everything else was fine, we noticed that a small ding was there on one of the doors which was visible only when lights turned on and looked at in one angle.

I love almost everything about this refrigerator. The only 2 drawbacks are the size of the ice tray and the freezer compartments. Both are a bit too small but other than that I love it

Great unit, only drawback is how little ice the try holds. Just have to store ice in the freezer below.

Great fridge. The Icemaker takes a lot of time to get the ice done.

I like rhe smart fewtures that come with the fridge so i can keep an eye on it if something goes wrong

Refrigerator is ok overall. But the freezer drawers store less than my side-by-side did and the refrigerator doors don’t work well. The one with the icemaker slams shut and is going to end up breaking because of it I’m sure. And the right door doesn’t close all the way you have to push it shut. LG says this is normal. If this is normal it’s a stupid design

for the price the material should have better quality

I owned this refrigerator before and purchased it again. It was a good price and the sales staff was very helpful.

I really like the refridgerator, but it makes some noise every couple of days like it's not level.

The doors were taken off for installation and now one door does not close automatically as it should. I have had the Geek Squad out once, I will be calling them again.

Love LG fridge layouts. Great value. Functional. Looks slick.

We bought this refrigerator last year on August 5 2020 and on September 1 2021 the refrigerator stopped making ice. At first it would make ice but then it wouldn’t drop the ice into the dispenser. Then it completely stopped working and making ice. The refrigerator also makes loud noises which apparently is normal but annoying.

The unit was as stated in the advertisement. It is very large.

So far we are pleased with our LG Refrigerator. We hope it will last us a long time . Our Kitchen Aid had several new parts from the very beginning and after 7 years we were not going to put any more money into it!

Fit in the house after removing the handles. Missed the fact that you can't open the crisper drawer without opening both refrig doors

the first few days it did not make ice. finally it began to work. we like the new fridge. our previous lg fridge could adjust the shelves much easier. but we will adjust to that.

Really like most aspects of this frig, the 1 drawer freezer would have worked better for us. Also having to open both frig doors to pull out the glide n slide drawer is annoying.

The LG french door refrig/double freezer drawer needs our needs for the most part. The shelf configuration is not the most flexible, but making it work for us!
