The tech said we would have to keep food at least 3" away from the walls to allow air flow--meaning I could only use about 70% of the space. Even after we emptied it, the front was 42 degrees and the back was 33 degrees. Returned it and got a GE--American made.

Computer circuit boards go out, compressor issues, light duty wire. He advised that you should keep the old refrigerator if it works because you will need the backup when this one goes out.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My refrigerator is leaking water into my bottom part below the large drawer. I have called BestBuy and set 3 different appointments for someone to come out to fix the problem. Each and every time they no show and do not call. How can this happen 3 separate times?!?! This is completely unacceptable. I am a family of 7 people and I have to circle through towels to soak up all the water. I hope this review will get noticed by someone who can get this frig fixed or replace it. With tax, we spent close to $3,000 on this refrigerator and to not have ANYONE help us, SHOW UP TO 3 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS OR CALL IS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT A BUSINESS OR PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The water and ice feature were not working. highly suggest to skip this model. I wasted weeks for a new delivery followed by another defective delivery just to wait another week for a new model. The customer service received was subpar and honestly very disappointing.
