Never buy this model ever again. Within three months of the purchase, this refrigerator made a lot of noise. The LG technician replaced the evaporation fan including the entire panel in the back and explained to me that it was a known issue. Then after seven months, I had the same issue. Geek squad technician came to replace the same part. Then the third time, within one month after the second fix, the same issue recurred again. Geek squad technician is scheduled to replace the same part again later this month. Unfortunately, after the second recurrence, it is already out of the manufactured warranty, the Geek Squad has to be called for fixing the same issue two more times before they consider replacing the unit or return.

However, upon confirming the delivery a week prior, I was informed the day before that one of the crucial items, the hood, would not be shipped. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my ongoing project. * **Failed Appliance Removal:** Despite paying for the removal of my existing refrigerator, the delivery team refused to take it. This unexpected refusal resulted in additional hassle and expense on my end. * **Incomplete Delivery:** The delivery team initially forgot to include the cooktop and only returned with it after an hour and a half. The tech said we would have to keep food at least 3" away from the walls to allow air flow--meaning I could only use about 70% of the space. Even after we emptied it, the front was 42 degrees and the back was 33 degrees. Returned it and got a GE--American made.
