Bad door sensor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got our new fridge yesterday unfortunately it was a unit with a defective door sensor, the door alarm won't stop beeping even though the door are properly closed, keeps beeping every 30 seconds, called best buy and they're replacing our unit in 6 weeks, 6 weeks we have to live with this infernal beeping. This was our first and last lg anything.

Purchase this for a gift. The 1st unit came in. We got it all hooked up and it did not dispenser water. Even got a new water line. Best buy quickly replaced the unit a week later. Once it arrived the 2nd unit did the same exact thing. They suggested to send a 3rd! That also is defective! Best buy has did nothing to assist us and take responsibility. They suggested to call the manufacturer! What a joke. Will never buy from them again.

It is NOT the one we ordered and the Danbury Best Buy store will not fix their mistake. We had the worst customer experience with their customer experience manager. We’ve used Best Buy for years and have never had such a terrible experience
