This is a family sized fridge and should make enough ice for the whole family. Aftet two people get ice, there is no more and you have to wait hours for the next batch. The water dispenser is also disappointing. It is like a trickle of water. It takes a full minute to fill one glass.

Now I have to have a warranty repair. One of the freezer drawers has a light and the other doesn't, which makes no sense. Also, the ice cubes freeze together so it wont dispense ice until you manually brake them apart.

The experience has NOT been good on a $2k appliance with high quality expected. It can only get better. The 2 rating is driven by good customer service from Best Buy. Otherwise it would be a 0.

We bought the extended warranty and Bestbuy has sent out repairman 4 separate times where they would tweak with the fridge, replace ice bucket, replace, sensors, etc., and still no ice. 4 times that we've had to stay home and wait for the repairman and told to wait 24 hours to have it never work. For the price paid it is ridiculous and infuriating. Hands down the worst purchase I have ever made. Will not be purchasing anymore LG products or other appliances from Best Buy.

No time were we ever told that black stainless steel is not black. The actual unit is fine but our disappointment is not.
