Which was a very good for us for almost 6 years. Only 2 issues with it. 1) Th black stainless front started rubbing off. 2) The tubing and wiring inside the of fridge wall were poor engineered and LG factory rep could not fix it with out cutting open the front door and left side of the unit. (I am sure that would have made for a nice look) haha . For the price of this refrigerator is this unit is crap. (sorry for using a slang term). About this Gem - All 4 door take way too much effort to close. The inside drawers are extremely thin and are slid poorly. Pray for us. My wife and I are hoping it lasts 3 year. By then we need change out the rest of the kitchen appliances . Happy shopping.

It started leaking from the front door, where the ice maker is, about 18 months after purchasing it. Apparently, this is a very popular problem, without an easy solution. We've spent hours trying to assess and fix it. Bought an LG stove at the same time which is also starting to have issues. I don't know if there are any quality brands out there, but I would avoid LG at all costs.

They delivered me a new one, and I removed two weeks ago the paper has attached to the door and I realized the new one has a dent too, but it was very well hidden under the paper…. I am very disappointed about that, other than that I am happy with the product.

Fridge is set to 36, freezer to 0. Freezer hovered around zero, fridge around 39. Not great, so turned it down to 34 if it's going to run hot. The next day, temperature crept up through the day, stabilizing at 55 degrees in a 72 degree environment. The freezer thawed. Tried the diagnostics app, which reports everything is perfect while my food spoils. Ordered online, but phone system is overwhelmed and web chat says I have to go to the store tomorrow to discuss my options. Looks like I'll be going a second week without a fridge in a pandemic.

Also, stopped cooling after 6 months of use. Ordered in January, but got it delivered in April. I saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance. Arrived broken

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shortly after Best Buy delivered and installed the refrigerator, an error code appeared on the touch pad, "CF E" looked it up online and it is the fan that helps to draw heat from the compressor. Only fix is to schedule someone to come out. Thought this would be a good product but I guess not.
