Broken and unable to replace

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it set up in the first 30 days so I'm stuck with it broken. LG was useless because I bought it at Best Buy. Since I didn't set it up until 32 days after purchase Best Buy won't replace. Try your luck I guess.

LG unworthy opt for another unit

First monitor stopped working within 60 days. We got a replacement unit and everything seemed fine for a while. However, after 6 months or so the back control button started doing stuff on its own with occasional flashing of the screen in different primary colors. When trying to unplug the cable from the back, the whole internal board started moving with it. Bad build quality and best to opt for something else.

NO Speakers

Two Broken Monitors in a Row

One arrived fine, and the second arrived with a broken screen I returned the broken monitor, and had a replacement shipped to me. The replacement simply won’t turn on, not with its own power supply, not with the power supply of the functioning monitor, not with any of a half dozen HDMI cables. Nearly all electronics are garbage, but this is a first for me in back-to-back shipments.

The power cord is cheap

Beware of Price

Hopefully Bestbuy will stop with Promotion and price scam.

Bargains are sometimes because the product is junk

Poor quality monitor

Dealing with best buy customer service is pain. Only option they have is returned the defective monitor and buy the same monitor for double price. If possible stay away from this monitor as they are made of very poor quality.

To help improve the clarity of your display, we recommend checking the Picture Mode settings on your monitor. You can often access the monitor's main menu by pressing the joystick button at the bottom center of the product. From there, navigate to Settings, then Picture, and try selecting Standard Picture or Vivid Picture. You might also want to ensure that the display resolution on your connected device (computer, etc.) is set to the recommended resolution for your monitor, which is 1920x1080 (FHD).

extremely short lived

Wouldnt turn on

Plugged it in and it didnt work, also we didnt realize that there was like a 15 day return policy so I can't return it. Waiting on LG warranty to fix the issue now...
