Great but Overpriced

PROS are the screen size, resolution, aesthetically pleasing, stable, has an awesome tilt and up/down feature that allows the user to adjust to their own personal preference HOWEVER, there are NO USB ports on the monitor which is disappointing, all of the settings for the monitor can only be accessed by 1 button which is inconvenient. Finally, there are NO SPEAKERS which means you will be purchasing them in addition to the monitor. If you can get past these 3 things...there's the price. Way overpriced for what it is.

Okay monitor

I can’t believe that in this day and age a monitor that pivots does not auto rotate the screen-my gateway IPS monitor did this 10 years ago! Did not realize this before purchasing. Is good as a stationary monitor but as a pivoting monitor that does not auto rotate, I would not recommend.

Picture Quality Good. Color Accuracy Poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this LG Monitor to use with my Laptop that has 4K display and high end graphics card for Photo Editing. I could not get the colors to accurately display. The colors were always too warm or yellowish. I tried all the tricks I know including contacting the laptop manufacture to get accurate color on this monitor. The monitor has limited color controls which made color calibration almost impossible. I used both HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces on the monitor. In the end I returned the monitor to Best Buy. The Picture quality is decent and it does show good picture details.

seems dim
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it 7 days go to use as an extended monitor for my 2017 iMac. It seems dim. I connected another HDMI source to it and it is still dim. The colors are accurate. I just wish it were brighter. I will keep playing with it for the next few days in hopes of finding a solution, but as of now i think i will return it
