The pedestals for the washer and dryer bring the front load machine up to a convenient height for loading/unloading. The drawer in the base of each is useful for storing related laundry products and machine instructions. The majority of detergents products we use are too tall to fit in the drawers and need to be stored on a side shelf, a minor disadvantage.

The pedestal not only raises the washer and dryer to a good height for loading/unloading clothes, but also provides a lot of storage. This is where I store my cleaning rags. The drawer had a divider to help keep rags stacked and sorted.

These fit my LG washer and dryer perfectly. It's nice to have the storage space in the drawers, and having the appliances at a higher level makes it easier to put clothes in and take them out.

At first, I was a little dubious on the need for a pedestal for the LG dryer. However, now that I have it, I am very pleased. It alleviates much of the bending to retrieve laundry for the rear of the dryer. Plus it is a handy storage area. Well worth it!

Brought two 27” Laundry Pedestals, one for my washer and one for my dryer, best investment to put my laundry detergent and dryer sheets in, plus it makes my washer and dryer sit up off the floor so I don’t have to bend down as low to put the clothes in washer or dryer, and it gives me the extra storage space..love it.

The Pedestal is very handy not only for storage of detergents and anything else you need in your laundry room. It also is beneficial to raise the Washer/Dryer up to a more comfortable height to load/unload your clothes.

These pedestals help raise my new washer and dryer into a better height. Lots of storage space. I wish LG would build the pedestals into their washer and dryers or make models that fit all machines so I would not have to buy the new model of pedestals each time I replaced my machines.

Bought this for my mom and now I want one. Storage option is great. Puts it at a great height for most people. Makes laundry that much easier to do. Plus they set up with delivery and it was seamless addition to a small laundry room.

These are so nice- they hold a lot of stuff, but more importantly, make it much easier to see in the washer or dryer and to load and unload laundry. A must for me!

This item is needed for our new front load washer. This pedestal raises the washer another 13 inches from the floor. Also has a drawer for extra storage.

I love, love, love this pedestal. I have one for both the washer and dryer and am so happy I do. It's less bending and so much easier to move items from the washer to the dryer. The drawer is huge and I'm able to store everything I need in them and have room left over!

There is not a lot more to say about the pedestal, except I had one for my last front load washer and strongly recommend putting the LG on a pedestal. It gives more storage and uses otherwise unusable space. I would not want a front load washer without the pedestal.

Nice deep drawer space allows me to keep all of the detergents etc out of sight but easily accessible. Also very helpful in that it raises the washer and dryer so I don't have to bend over with a bad back to load/unload the laundry. Definitely recommend!

Pretty standard washer/dryer pedestal. Too shallow to hold a bottle up detergent upright, but good enough to high that stuff you don't want to throw away but don't know where else to keep it. Good for dryer sheets too. And I don't have to bend over to get my laundry.

Now that I'm older I really appreciate the height this gives to the washer & dryer. It puts the controls almost at eye level and there is only minimal bending involved! The drawer is low but I just keep stuff in there that I use rarely but still need to keep handy.

The washer and dryer are low, at least for my bad back, so this is helpfu in raising them up. But really, $600 for a set of drawers? They aren't curing cancer.Worst yet, it seems to amplify the vibration of my washer in its spin cycle.

I really gave a lot of thought as to whether I wanted to spend the extra money to buy pedestals or not. Having them has saved much wear and tear on my back on laundry day! They also provide a tremendous amount of additional storage space! I'm happy I decided to buy them.

Certainly glad we purchased the pedestal for our washer and dryer. Definitely helps your back as you don't have to bend down to the ground level taking clothes in and out. I was concerned about the price but since they price match I was able to get it down to a more reasonable price.

The pedestal raises the dryer to a much more comfortable height, saving our baks from straining to lean over and put heavy, wet clothes in the dryer. Our previous front loading dryer sat on the floor. The storage drawer comes in handy for storage, too.
