My last one faded at 16 years of age and woukd have been fixed if parts were still available. I totally recommend tbe washers and their pedestals. As for best buy, the experience was horrible. Never purchase a "scratch and dent".

Without it, the dryer is very low. Happy to get this to save back strain and increase the storage we need in the laundry room.

It makes my dryer high enough to take easier my clothes from it with my baby in my hands. Yeyyyyyy, I don’t have to go all the way down to reach it!!! It looks now, very organized and nothing on top of washer or dryer anymore! So happy!!!

We had to have them on our new washer and dryer this time too. We love the storage. The drawers hold so many things and were able to put additional kitchen items with our laundry items down below.

Does what it’s supposed to do

I only get them for the fact that they lift up the machines to a comfortable level. I’ve never used the drawer and most likely never will. So hearing I needed a new one when the old one was perfectly fine felt like a rip off. But it is what it is.
