It is beneficial for older folks who don't bend as well looking inside the machines. This pedestal hides alot of cleaning products also.

Gets washer/dryer up higher and gives extra storage. Like that they are separate so can move out them to clean or drop something if needed.

Our product was damaged when it came but guys who installed claimed right away. We called customer service and best buy arranged replacement

These are worth the money and if you can get them discounted, even better! Not really tall enough for some detergent, but you can store other things in there.

Bigger than what I have expected, quiet, bigger in size for nice load of clothes. Works wonderfully quiet.

Glad I got these as it makes retrieving wet clothes from the back of the machine much easier. Would be awesome if the avg size liquid detergent could stand up in the drawer and still slide closed.

The pedestal storage area offers extra convenience in the laundry room. We store dryer sheets, our iron, clothespins, laundry bags and the like.

I TRIED TO DECIDE IF I WANTED THESE OR NOT, BOY AM I GLAD I DID SO. MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO UNLOAD AND LOAD. BE SURE TO MEASURE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ROOM.

I wasn't sure I needed to spend the extra $ for this but having had it for a week now, I'm so glad I did. It makes loading no removing clothes so much easier. It really does save the strain on your back. The product looks great too.
