Expensive Riser - NO STORAGE

The only thing this pedestal is good for is rising the washer and dryer to a height that is easier to add/remove clothes to the unit. Our old pedestals would not work with the new units so we had to buy new ones. Really annoying factor is our old units had an insert that held dryer sheets, but NOT these. Furthermore, they are too short to be able to store any detergent unless you use the pods and not sure they would fit. The worst part is that they were out of stock of the color of washer and dryer we bought so we spent over $500 on a riser that doesn't even match our unit! Waste of money, but what can you do?

When we put the washer and dryer on them it took up too much space and the draws are not deep enough to store a big bottle of detergent. We returned the draws and just created shelves for more storage.
