Hey, best buy, why you do this to me?

So I have no idea if this product is good or not because I returned it today. Because it didn't fit my dryer. The rep I originally spoke said this would fit. CSA didn't include install on the original delivery. So it was dropped off Monday. I called best buy and they came out yesterday to do install. That's when I was told this wouldn't fit my dryer. And in fact there wasn't any pedestal that fits my dryer. So today, with help of my 76 year old father, we returned this to the store. This entire experience has been a major inconvenience. I'm only writing this review in hopes to get best buy attention about this.

They have to be tipped almost on their side to fit in the drawer. Only the small (37-40oz) ones fit standing up. How did they not account for this in the design? They fit in my old pedestal. Total crap.

I can't put a standard bottle of stain remover, oxygen detergent or a small bleach bottle in these because they do not fit standing up. I have to either lay them flat or find somewhere else to store them. When reviewing the height of pedestals for other brands like maytag and Samsung, these seem to be the shorter ones.

My detergents don't fit so I have to have it laid down which causes a mess when I go and open it to pour it out. The only thing it's useful for is having the dryer and washer elevated. But horrible for storage because it doesn't even store what I need it too

But this time no email or call. All of these headaches and still no product. All this for 4 plastic clips that LG sells for 24.95. But best buy says i need a new pedestal. At this point i will be canceling my totally worthless tech membership. Stay away from Best Buy at all cost. Been on hold for 45 minutes to talk to a supervisor. I will eait for the whole day if necessary.
