They scratched our floor. They denied they damaged the floor. They did not have a level with them. We provided the level and they still did not get it level. We had to have another crew come and level the washing machine. Do not buy your appliances at Best Buy!

While I was on the phone with customer service who wanted to talk to them to have them return to the warehouse to pick up the screws, they left without warning. The process to get the screws and attachments took several weeks and required an unnecessary trip to the Best Buy store to pick them up.

Necessary but poorly priced

After the delivery people left, we realized the entire housing of the machine including the motor was filled with water that never drained out. It had flooded the entire machine. Chose not to reorder.

Expensive but worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the LG front load washer and dryer but comtemplated for a long time if buying the pedestals were really necessary. Afterall they are very expensive when compared to the washer/dryer themselves. Most people would think that they would use them for storage of their detergents, but you should know that the liquid detergents don't fit! They are about 2 inches too high to fit standing upright. But we've found that the pedestals are better for storing dirty clothes, blankets, or other items that you might need in a hurry and within reach. So don't think that you need them for storaging only washing products! Afterall the capacity is huge and you could use it for many things, you just have to be creative. As for as the looks, it is worth every dollar paid because it makes the whole set of washer/dryer looks so good, and it makes putting and pulling the clothes in and out of them easy. This model matches the machines better than the pedestals with the handles that usually are displayed at the stores. I have no regrets spending money on them.

Excellent Accessory For A Front-Loader

Adds welcomed height to the shorter units, and is super convenient by way of providing some extra storage. This unit fits flawlessly with our new LG dryer, snaps into place & adjusts very easily for leveling purposes. Perfect fit. I wouldn't buy a front-load washer/dryer without one of these. Fantastic product.
