Nice pedestals with lots of storage room...they do the job raising up the washer and dryer to make it easier to put clothes in/out without as much bending as would be required without them.

These pedestals are not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. If you purchase them along with the washer and dryer, you will be adding an extra $500 to the purchase total. Some people may balk at this and deem it an unnecessary expenditure. I can assure you that, like the LG washer and dryer, this will be money well-spent! The pedestals serve several useful and important purposes. First and foremost, they raise both the washer and dryer to a comfortable level that does not require bending or stooping down. This feature alone was worth the price of admission for me! I have a relatively small laundry room and so space is at a premium for me. The fact that these pedestals also have spacious drawers in them is just icing on the cake for me! The drawers slide out very easily and don't feel cheap or flimsy at all. They easily glide out and slide shut. The drawer is divided into two equal sections and both are quite spacious. However, it would've been really nice if the largest liquid detergent containers would've been able to fit in these. That might have made the pedestals too tall and thereby affected the optimum height of the washer. My large container of Tide will fit in the drawer, but I have to lay it down on its side. I mitigated this problem by buying smaller bottles of Tide, Downy, and All that will fit in the drawers. I refill them from my larger containers that I store in the closet. These pedestals were, in my opinion, an essential component to the LG washer and dryer. They have augmented two fantastic machines and made them even better. The pedestals afford storage space for laundry items, which is a huge plus. They also elevate the machines to facilitate easy loading and unloading of clothes. If I had it to do all over again, I'd buy the pedestals without a second thought!

The pedestals are great glad to get them also the delivery personnel did a very good job with the install. I am very pleased.

Fit our Samsung front loaders perfectly for size and color. Very sturdy. A lifesaver for our backs.

You cannot store your laundry detergent and fabric softener in the drawers unless you lay them on their side, but you can store laundry your user manual. Having the drawer makes it easier to put in your laundry and take it out without bending down.

Excellent buy - perfectly compliments my LG washer and dryer and provides all the additional storage I need.

These are expensive...$500 for the pair. Feel a little flimsy for $500. The good: Nice to have the machines elevated. Works well with the dryer, the drawer opens and is usable. The very bad: Drawer is unusable on with the washer. The pedestal is too low to the floor; if your washer is in a drip pan (which every washer should be), the drawer doesn't open. Unbelievable that a major appliance manufacturer didn't think of this, or a major appliance sales company didn't either.

If you love your front loading washer and dryer then wait until you experience them on the pedestals. They are such a wise investment. Don't even hesitate on this purchase.

These LG pedestals were ordered in the store and there weren’t any on the floor to look at. I was surprised when they came to our house and both drawers were completely plastic. Our old pedestals were all steel. Tops, sides, and drawers. Would not fit LG brand. Disappointing to pay for what we thought would be solid steel. Drawers are “ junky”. Hope there are no plastic working parts inside the brand new washer and dryer since we paid several thousand dollars for them.

I initially purchased the front loading washer and dryer without pedestals. I did not realize the value and experience of having the pedestals. I added them later. My laundry experience is now awesome. I do not have to get down on all fours to reach the back of the machines. Priceless!

love the storage but wish that it would be a little taller so I can get large bottles of soap in there, otherwise love it

I love it. It is super quite. It can hold a lot of items. I love all the features. Perfect for my family needs.

Drawers open nice and smooth and fit a lot in them!

A great product, but a bit costly for what it is. Has good storage space and makes it a lot easier to remove clothing (don't have to bend down).
