good product, I do not have to bend down so much to retrieve my clothing but the storage only holds small size detergent and bleach containers

…I don't know how LG justifies the price. The quality of the pedestal is good, but the value is poor. I wish there was another alternative for pedestals, but I didn't know of one when I made my purchase.

Wouldn’t know how the item functions, the delivery/installers couldn’t set it up because it was a gas dryer. This whole situation has been a terrible nightmare. From the initial installers dropping the washer and pulling ground plug along with the sidekick, the order was marked completed even with the dryer pedestal being on back order. After going to store we purchased from yet another time only to find there were no white pedestals no where to be found. We had to settle for either black or graphite. Still the thing is when you pay out that much money for the whole set, you would think things to fall in place. Bought the whole thing in January and this still isn’t resolved. The washers work great, the dryer is not so much because I think the initial installers might have broken the steam feature. I do love the wi-fi interface the notifications come up on my phone. P.S. the overall sales staff was great along with customer service was very easy to work with. I love my washer and dryer looking forward to it being all set up.

Unfortunately I would love to write a review but I have still not received delivery. I have my 6th delivery scheduled for 12-24. not good.

While it's great to have the washer and dryer elevated, the drawer is only 10" deep so many detergent bottles, softeners, Downey Irresistibles, etc. will not fit.

I had an LG laundry pedestal with my previous model and I really used the storage for cleaning products. When I chose the new one I did not examine it as it looked to be the same. I was very disappointed on delivery that this storage drawer will only accommodate light items and it has a plastic insert that is smaller than the drawer.

Did not fit my LG and Best Buy did not know it either. Brought unit out and found it did not fit. IF I would have know this at the store, which my wife wanted this to heighten our dryer, i would not have purchased an LG Dryer.

Works fine but it's racket that manufacturers don't make these interchangeable for machines that are exactly the same size.

We bought these, because we wanted to save our backs from constantly bending over to dig laundry out. In my opinion these are not optional.

Must have the pedistal or you will be on your knees pulling clothes out of the dryer. Only catch is, LG keeps changing the design so every time you purchase a new unit, you have to buy a pedistal also..

Arrived damaged and was told I would receive a credit. Called Best Buy 3 times and have yet to receive any compensation.

The product is good. Unfortunately for the manufacturer, the company that sales it’s product, is not trustworthy. I am still perplexed to have been swindled by such a big company. (Or is it that it’s employees?)

Picked it up for 20% of normal cost. Doesn't match, but who cares. Slides effortlessly, no wobble or issue with stability.

This pedestal is necessary in order to raise the washer or dryer (for easier loading and unloading). Homie ever, it doesn't have much functionality for its high price. Therefore, it's an expense that must be taken.

Bought with the lg washer and dryer combo. Look and functions are very generic drawer units. I wish they provide more organizational features

The product is good, but i had nothing but problems with bestbuy installers. First they brought the wrong size and the second time they brought the rightone and dropped it off on the floor and said, we cannot install this, and walkedaway, they asked me to go n complain to best buy, so someone else would come n install it under the washing mechine, which i ordered both at the same time. So i gave up on best buy and hired my own handyman to install it, cost me extra $150. Please get it right with the installers and untill now, no one ever followed up even after complaining.

I love the idea of a Pedestal but these are not tall enough for the medium bottles of Laundry detergent to stand up in. You have to lay the bottles down. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying them.

Pedestal is the same as it was 7 years ago. Needed two however they only had one size on first day of sale.

I was hoping that this would fit the removable dryer rack that the LG dryers have. Unfortunately they do not the racks are to long. LG could have designed the pedestal and or the dryer rack deferentely to fit.
