Doesn't hold large detergent containers!

OK for the dryer

Cracked drawer.

Unfortunately, after it was installed under the washer, we noticed a HUGE crack along the back inside drawer. We went to Best Buy and spoke to Mike, the manager. He apologized and said he would order us a new one. That was a month ago. We are still waiting.

Way Overpriced

Only got it so we don't have to bend over to get into the washer and dryer. Amazon has shelf system that the washer and dryer can sit on that is one-half the price. The Pedestal is very cheaply made...should be sturdier.

Terrible design

They have to be tipped almost on their side to fit in the drawer. Only the small (37-40oz) ones fit standing up. How did they not account for this in the design? They fit in my old pedestal. Total crap.

So I have no idea if this product is good or not because I returned it today. Because it didn't fit my dryer. The rep I originally spoke said this would fit. CSA didn't include install on the original delivery. So it was dropped off Monday. I called best buy and they came out yesterday to do install. That's when I was told this wouldn't fit my dryer. And in fact there wasn't any pedestal that fits my dryer. So today, with help of my 76 year old father, we returned this to the store. This entire experience has been a major inconvenience. I'm only writing this review in hopes to get best buy attention about this.
