It is great for storage of products and it elevates the appliance allowing for easier access for me. Delivered 5 days after the appliance. When appliance delivered the pedestal was the wrong color. This caused more work for the installers as the appliance was already installed and had to be moved out so that pedestal could be attached.

I can easily remove and transfer loads from the washer to the dryer! No more kneeling! Expensive, yes; worth it yes!!! I'll never again have a washer/dryer without them. I'm 75 and these are a must!

I have used it twice and am very pleased with it. I use it for washing delicates or tops that I don't want to throw in with a larger load of clothes. I can do 2 loads of wash at once now. It is not that much more expensive to get this washer than just a plain pedestal. I highly recommend it.
