Nrw design looks great ans works even better. The app os really good. No bugs. Easy setup. Only downfall is ypy can’t get pedestals. Thats a miss on LGs part.

We tried to return/exchange and Best Buy gives only 14 days—which is so ridiculous for a defective item when we are waiting on washer/dryer delivery. I wouldn’t buy it or recommend it because of the quality and the unwillingness of BB to work with you and delivery team for LG washer/dryer this fits with

Pedestal Poorly Designed

It will not fit a normal size bottle of detergent that is standing up. You would literally have to lay the detergent bottle on it's side. It's a hard stop for me. Had to go through the hassle of returning this garbage.
