Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we got it on sale as part of the package with the washing machine. this is the first time we ever own a pedestal washer so we don't know what to expect. i don't think it carries the same washing power as the actual washer (we don't expect it to be) so i'm not counting on it to wash my daily laundry. we intent to use it for underwear and/or a piece of clothing that require immediate use. i'm still finding ways to use better use this so it doesn't go into waste.

LG did a great job on their design and they have good quality products.
