Delivered and installed timely as promised. Works fine as intended. Not sure how much we will use it, but is useful if you have a lot of delicates washing as it won't wash them as harshly. We only bought it because it was part of a special promotion.

I love this side kicker it was a great choice. The only thing I don't like about it is not having a place to put fabric softener but for the convenience I can just add a dryer sheet to the dryer.

I like being able to wash a very small load and separate delicates or other colors from the rest of the wash. Only issue is not being able to add fabric softener at the start of the cycle.

So far so good no vibration when washing easy installing it uses less water then my big washer

excellent little washing machine. You do need to let it dry out or it will get a funky smell.

I bought the sidekick to add height to my washer - NO MORE BACK BREAKING!! Sidekick is awesome for gym clothes, an outfit or three...and small loads.

Since you need a washer pan in an upstairs laundry room, this can't be used without being creative. Wish best buy told us prior to the purchase. Didn't know or think to check since they sold it to us when we told them it'll be going to our upstairs laundry room in our new construction home. I'll take some of the blame too....

We are happy that we added this to our purchase, but not sure we would have purchased it if it wasn't on sale. Having it and the pedestal for the dryer makes them a better height. Wish you could add liquid bleach to the cycle.

This is our second purchase of this product and we have not been disappointed

Washer does a great job. Never had a LG product before and glad we made the switch. The black steel color is also a nice plus instead of white.

This pedestal is a great addition to make the height of the machine much easier for using a front loading machine

Great for small loads when you don't want to start the big washer. Good control on water temperature and even time. Many modes to choose from. Very happy with the product

I thought it be cool to have a secondary washer. It didn't show up with orginal order. "Backordered " they said. About a month later, followed up. "Oh yeah, it's been here." Set up 2nd delivery. Shows up. "Oh we can't install...you know...covid and all. We'll just leave right here in garage." Um...ok. So I found if you turn box on its side, it's perfect for placing bottles of detergent on. Even room for dryer sheets!

I've only had this washer for 2 weeks but so far I love it! It's been the answer to my too small load of workout gear that needs to be done more often than the rest of the laundry!

So far so good. I have only used the washer a handful of times and it has worked as expected. The long term quality and reliability of the product still remains to be seen.

We got this because it was a smoking deal in the best buy store. I'm glad we have it but honestly it takes 45 minutes for a normal wash and when my kids are washing their work uniform shirts for the day they are like every other 20 year old and don't have 45 minutes (or they don't want to wait that long). So they use the big washer.... I wish it had a quick wash setting but it's cute and would work for a few select items.

Its worth buying it remove odour and dirty from deligates. Its easy to wash when we have only small quantity of cloth to wash.

Great for delicates and when you have a small amount to wash! Love the hand wash setting!
