They flooded my brand new home and now refuse to fix it. I have been calling Best Buy and their insurance Sedwick to just get the run around. No one wants to fix the massive amount of water damage done to my home. My laundry is upstairs so it flooded my laundry room ,living room and kitchen. It poured water all over my electronics, furniture and my hardwood floors. All my lighting is now compromised due to the massive amount of water pouring out of my ceilings. Do NOT buy anything from Best Buy!!!!

The entire machine is lined with water drain holes which caused my clothing to come out of the machine with piling and holes. The machine is quiet and a nice idea but flawed in design.
