HORRIBLE

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HORRIBLE I bought this Sept 2022 and my ice maker stopped working and is leaking water on my hardwood floors yes I have a bucket and plastic mat to protect the floor I've had it repaired and within hours it shut off the icemaker and it's back to leaking again Best Buy ordered a part for this and it will be a week before repair tech can stop by to repair this...Also now my fridge is $1000.00 less than what I purchased it for!!!!!

Poor Design.

It keeps defrosting and refreezing it leaks water onto floor. After a year Samsung eventually refunded our $ at a depreciated rate. Not buying a fridge where ice maker does not live in the freezer part again.

No ice. Bad installation from best buy crew.

Dripping when i checked. Ice machines haven't produced ice ,going on 48 hours latter. Fixed water line leaks and reset machine. Will be calling for service if still no ice in the next 48hrs. My wife was the only one home and tipped them not knowing. Lucky i checked the connection. Also broke the turn valve off/on water that was installed new 4 years ago.

Nothing but trouble. Do not buy this unit…..

Nothing but problems started right at 13 months. Almost like there is a out of warranty switch they turned on to cause trouble. Good fridge horrible in door ice maker . Zero warranty service 4K purchase and then need an $800 service contract. Just buy a regular fridge and when it fails get a new one it will be cheaper in the long run. Trust me

Worst experience ever.

Best buy had me schedule my delivery at least 10 times and they never delivered the item after 3 months. I had to cancel it. They also did not reimburse me for the full amount. A nightmare situation. Will never buy from them again.

For standard ice production, make sure the Freezer temperature is set to 0°F and Ice Plus mode is activated, which boosts ice production for 24 hours. You can activate this through the control panel or the LG ThinQ app. Also, ensure the water filter isn’t clogged—replacing it every 6 months can help maintain optimal performance. Damaged after unboxing

Whoever boxed it had to know it was damaged. Where is quality control? I am awaiting a new delivery 1/25/2024 and I hope it works. Very happy with staff and Geek squad.

Bad LG Refrigerator

Refrigerator does NOT maintain temperature. Temperature on door set at 36 degrees. Temp this morning was 38 degrees. I opened door to get some food out and shut the door. After 8 hours temperature I’d 44 degrees in refrigerator
