I love my new LG Fridge its so easy to get ice out of storage unit in door one click and you can empty the ice bucket. However having problems with the freezer getting built up ice on the door and its being shut tight

Very nice refrigerator. The only thing I didn’t like about it is there’s not much space to put a 2-liter bottle if you are already using the only spot you can for the milk and juice so you have to lay it down. Other than that, we love it this purchase.

Was needing a new refrigerator and we’re wanting something different and this was it. I like the clear door and the round fancy ice cubes and wife likes the extra drawer in freezer. Very pleased with purchase

Great refrigerator for space and convenience. Dual ice makers are exceptional and actually work compared to my old frig which neither worked. Also love the no finger print finish on the exterior.

Could have been 5 stars, but, the craft ice maker is really slow. It makes just 6 craft ice (set to max 6 already) in 48 hours. And it stops making ice when container bin is just a little over half.

Love the sizes and all, but it arrived with dents and a large scratch across the bottom, i am still awaiting for order to be completed, so i can do the exchange..its been a week or more

We love the fridge especially with the knock on see thru window. The only thing we wish was that the bottom shelve was adjustable so we could fit taller bottles in the bottom shelf.

Item was purchased less than 3 years ago. The Plastic chrome around the ice dispenser is flaking off into the water that is served. Apparently this isn't covered by the LG Premium Care extended warranty. In talking to them on the phone, I noticed the "Black Stainless" finish is flaking off the door. And it doesn't help that the call center doesn't comprehend english.

Works great. I enjoy the craft ice balls more than I thought I would. I put one or two in my water jug along with the regular ice and they last long after the other has melted.

Great refrigerator. Lots of room and the storage options are logically laid out throughout. Dual ice-makers work great and there's lots of ice for everyone.

The icemaker side door has a rendency to slam shut. Has anyone figured a way to adjust it so that it shuts normally or softer?

I love this refrigerator, it is perfect and huge! The freezer also dispenses marble ice, which I thought was pretty cool.

Love it. So big easy to organize. The only down fall is there isn’t a drawer for sliced cheese and there are a couple shelves in the door that are extremely small and hard to get to

Very happy so far with the LG 29.7 refrigerator. Only complaint is water/ice dispenser will not work with right door open. Also, ice does seem to run out 2-3 times a month, but overall very happy.

Lg refrigerator.. it failed one time already.. it wouldn't stop dispensing ice.. luckily it stop and I didn't have to call service..

Awesome product and delivery processes and set up was smooth and professionally done.

Fridge seems nice so far. Could use bigger shelves, but ok to make room for the ice maker. Biggest room for improvement would be the water/ice dispenser. There isn’t a drip tray.

So far so good. A big sucker with a ton of options. Like the see thru door-in-door features and the extra ice maker. Time will tell if it’s durable.

Im missing my spill tray from where the ice/water dispenser. I need to call Best Buy to ask were it is. Besides that, it’s a beautiful, modern fridge.

I was not disappointed with this purchase. I love the outer door for items I frequently need. I would recommend this product without hesitation.
