Q: Why does the ice maker only make 3 ball a day ? What is the size of the ball’s of ice ? Thank you !!

A: Once the maker has been running long enough, the balls are about 2" in diameter. It only makes three a day because making proper craft ice is not a quick process, you freeze a little water at a time. Kind of like making an ice rink. Even though the machine does it- the process is still conceptually the same.

Q: Can the French doors be removed off & put back on easily? (so it may fit though the doorway)

A: If the entrance door is too narrow for the refrigerator to pass through, remove the refrigerator doors and move the refrigerator sideways through the doorway. I cannot speak to the degree of difficulty or ease to remove and re-install the doors. Q: The water and ice have many tiny white floaters in it. The unit is brand new and we installed the water filter. We ran gallons of water through it and there are still floaters. What are they? How to get rid of them? Why not stopped by filter?

A: Regrettably, without actually seeing the white floaters that are in the water and ice that is dispensed from the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 29.7 Cu. Ft. French InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator with Craft Ice - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRFVS3006S, there is no way to determine what the floaters are, or how they are getting past the water filter. The refrigerator will need to be inspected to determine what the floaters are & how they are getting into the dispensed water and ice even after you flushed the dispenser out. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. Our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 will be able to assist making arrangements to have a service technician inspect the unit...^IFV

Q: Is it possible to use magnets on the exterior of this fridge?

A: You can not use magnets on the front side of the fridge, only on the sides.

Q: Can you squeeze the refrigerator in a 36" wide space? Will the doors sill open?

A: The LG 29.7 Cu. Ft. French Smart Wi-Fi Enabled InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ Maker, Model # LRFVS3006S is designed to fit in a space that is 36" wide. The refrigerator has a width of 35 3/4" and the recommended installation clearance spacing for the sides is 1/8" which adds up to exactly 36". A linear foot is 12 inches wide and 25 inches deep because the standard depth of kitchen countertops is 25 inches. The refrigerator has a depth of 29 7/8" without the door and the recommended installation clearance spacing for behind the refrigerator is 2" so the refrigerator's cabinet will be 4 4/8 inches clear of the Countertop so that will not hinder the doors from opening unless you have a custom Countertop that is deeper than the standard 25". When the refrigerator doors are opened 90˚, it has a width of 44 1/4" (includes the handles) so you need a Door Edge Clearance of 4 1/4" on either side of the refrigerator from adjacent walls...^IFV

Q: Can you swith the ice maker to make regular ice in the bottom instead of sphere?

A: Piece of crap. Make 3 craft balls a day. Dor ice maker is so small too. Forever running out of ice. Not Dual modes at all, two separate makers. Both suck

Q: does it come with a water filter or do have to buy one in advance of installation?

A: The LG 29.7 cu. ft. refrigerator comes with a water filter as part of your purchase. The installation crew installs the water filter for you when they install the refrigerator.

Q: can you get water or ice from the left door when the right door is open?

A: The dispenser will not operate when either of the refrigerator doors are open. ^Daphane
