But refrigerator itself is great.

Ice balls stopped being made

Worst Refrigerator Ever!!!

This fridge stopped cooling within 9 months of owning it. Took over 3 months to get resolved with LG. 3 months of not having a refrigerator is a HUGE headache. Multiple phone calls to them and they never returned any my phone calls. I just had to keep calling back. If i was so persistent i probably would still be without a fridge. Do not buy LG anything! This will be my last time.

Disappointed in this LG Refrigerator

French Door-in-Door Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice and InstaView - Stainless steel in August 2022 and already having issues with the ice maker. Last wk a tech came to replace the ice maker and now I'm receiving error message IFE. Buyer Beware!!

It holds a lot of items, the spill proof shelves are great for containing messes, the cons are the doors hold hardly anything. I love the round ice cubes, everyone is amazed when I show them the ice cubes and the knock & light up feature on the door.

While the smart features and good and fairly user friendly. The craft ice feature has failed twice. LG did replace the bottom craft ice maker for free. I’m currently on the phone again due to it failing again. The top ice maker is acceptable for a 2 person house, but if more than that it doesn’t hold or produce ice fast enough compared to my previous fridge. The overall interior size is good. Of course with an interior door ice maker you sacrifice storage space.
