    so far so good. nothing bad to say, ice still has a bad taste throw it out until problem goes away.

    Too many expensive service calls

    I have an earlier version of this refrigerator now just 5 years old. For the first 4 years it worked fine. Within the last year I have replaced the evaporator, the compressor, the freezer fan, and a sensor. I like the capacity and dual ice-maker so much I was willing to invest in replacement parts hoping they were superior to the original parts. This wee, the freezer fan and evaporator went out yet again. I refuse to invest more money when you can't get parts that last. I will never buy another refrigerator made by a South Korean company as Samsung quality is just as bad.

    Way Over-Priced -- Craft Ice is Doomed!

    Have had mine a while now. The door (upper icemaker) has been replaced once, the craft (lower) icemaker has been replaced three times. Compressor failed. Took several days for warranty repair, no parts and limited repair dealer network. The big selling feature on this model is the Craft Icemaker. Well first the ice balls look nothing like the videos and ads, they are mostly cloudy and don't fill completely. Second, that icemaker failed first, and again and again. I expect it to continue failing once a year or so as long as I own the machine. And I know I won't be able to afford to keep it outside of warranty or a service contract.

    Great fridge, craft ice maker WILL fail

    Love this fridge but if you're buying because of the craft ice, DON'T! The ice maker will fail! We have had the craft ice maker replaced twice now, the first time it wasn't even 2 years old. Next year, same problem. It is a known and common problem with the fridge. Repair person said it will fail again.

    Ice dispensers are bad

    Craft ice for the past year has stopped working. All we’re getting is a full container of solid flat ice, like the system is leaking and then it freezes.
