Loving everything about this fridge. Easy to organize & to clean. The door-in-door I great for grab-n-go items. The craft ice is amazing & gives cocktails a different look.

Love everything about this fridge. Highlights are the craft ice and knock knock door tons of space. We moved the shelves to fit our lives and now it’s perfect. Can’t go back.

We were looking at the model without the window thinking it was a silly feature but since at the time (Black Friday) they didn't have the non-windows version available we ended up with this one. I have to say we really like the window, after the first few days of everyone knocking on it 20 times a day to see the light turn on we don't use the light feature all that much but it's amazing how quickly you forget what is in the door. You don't normally need to light to see what's in there. The craft ice is alright but I think it's mostly a party trick, they take forever to make (3 or 6 balls A DAY depending on your setting) and while they last longer than the mini cubes they don't exactly last forever. Still people all seem to really like them when you drop one giant ball of ice in their drink rather than a bunch of little cubes. I love the little cubes it makes. They seem to last longer than the half moon of our old LG fridge and take up less space in the glass. The fridge is HUGE, for the first time in ever we didn't have to store any dishes prepped for Thanksgiving morning in a ice chest. We put it all in and had some room to spare. The lighting is amazing, almost too bright since the whole kitchen and living room lights up when you open the doors but you can see everything all the way to the back. The freezer is gigantic as well. We ended up keeping a plastic bin from the old fridge and tossed it next to the craft ice bin and started dumping extra ice from the door in there. With a $4 plastic mini scoop from Amazon we have an extra 8 or 9 pounds of ice on reserve not counting whats in the door or the craft ice. Another first this Thanksgiving is that we didn't have to buy any additional ice for drinks. The only nit pick thing that I can come up with is that there is a ever so slight up pitched whine which I assume is a fan. Most of the time I don't hear it and nobody else noticed it until I pointed it out. A couple notes: It took about 10 hours for our first ice to start dropping and it was pretty slow for the first couple days. After that it started dropping pretty often. The craft ice didn't drop a single cube for close to 48 hours. I thought it was broken until I actually read the manual. You have to drop the first couple bins of ice which stinks when it took 48 hours for the first to drop and another 8 for the second. Now it drops out 6 every day. I suggest you set it to 6 at least until you get a surplus then you could set it down to 3. All in all. A great fridge so far. I hope it holds up as well as our last LG.

Great product, lots of room inside this fridge. Wish it was a little less pricey but this is my 3rd LG appliance purchase 2 years and I am very pleased with the brand so far.

I love the fridge, the only thing that I'm disapointed is the storage on the right side for tall items. It doesn't accommodate items that are over 10 1/2" tall and it only has space of 8 1/2-9" W x 16 3/4" L. There is a pull out shelf that I have to pull back to accommodate this. Other than that I love the craft ice, which is pretty cool and the depth. Its pretty deep so you can put in alot of stuff, but if your not tall, you will have to stand on a stool just to get to the back of the top of the shelf. Of course I've only had the fridge for a few months now. So all great for now.

Everything works great so far. The main ice maker keeps up well with our family, and the "craft ice" maker is great and makes large solid ice balls. Two things to consider: 1. Front of fridge is non-magnetic, so sticking magnets and hanging up pictures is not possible. 2. Craft ice maker is quite slow, only makes roughly 3 balls per day. So you will need to be patient. Other than that, it is quiet, looks great, and works great. Best Buy installers did a good job as well.

Bought this for our new house. Makes Ice super fast and craft ice is great for bourbon. Fridge and freezer stays uniformly cold even in knock door. We love it.

We bought this refrigerator a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it. The Best Buy employees that delivered the unit were very professional. The unit is stylish and functional. Always wanted a French Door style and finally got it. Love that the shelves stretch all the way across the width of the refrigerator. Lots of space and the ice cubes are perfect every time. It’s pretty awesome how the front door lights up after a hard day at work and bammmmm, the cold drinks are looking at me. Thank you for this ordeal.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a couple of months now. I absolutely love it. There is plenty of space and it keeps my produce fresh longer. I love the craft ice.

Fridge is everything I had hoped for. Ice makers work great, plenty of storage in fridge, just wish there was a designated spot to put eggs like my previous fridge. No issues.

I would have given this refrig a 5 star rating if not for the deli drawer access. The drawer only comes out 9.5 inches so there is 11 inches of drawer under the lid. It is a good looking refrig. and makes ice fairly fast. The water on the door works well. We are still waiting on the craft ice as it takes a long time to make that. The freezer is nice and roomy! We like the door in door and to be able to see into that door compartment without opening it. Even though the new LG has a 10 year warranty on the compressor, we bought the Geek Squad service contract anyway since we had trouble with our last 2 refrigerators.

Door in door is outstanding! Dual ice makers are nice feature. Operates very quietly. Has a water filter bypass which allows for a larger capacity external filter

The baller ice is a game changer, and the outside is less finger print prone than our previous model....from 10 years ago....

Overall, a beautiful fridge with lots of space. But don't let wifi be a factor in your decision to buy this fridge because it doesn't work. The handle also had a large dent in it when it was delivered. Husband spent several hours speaking to numerous people somewhere in India trying to get a replacement handle. I'm not expecting it to arrive anytime soon, which kinda sucks because we just paid $4K for a new fridge with a dented handle and useless wifi/app.

Have had our fridge for a few weeks now, and have been loving all the features. The craft ice isnt completly round, but ia very popular with guests. Lots of room, and the quick access door is a great addition. No issues so far, so hoping the mechanical parts hold up as the fidge gets older.

We love everything about the fridge with one exception. We do not like that you have to open both doors on the fridge to access the bottom draw that runs the width of the fridge. There is a model that has a dedicated pull out draw but it was more $$$. So we thought we could live with the one that requires you to open the two main doors to access the bottom drawer. While this is not a show stopper it is somewhat inconvenient. We do love the craft ice. Adds an element of fun when you have guest over.
