Very easy to connect and pretty much everything was included. Make sure you take the time to level the washer on top.

Sadly they lack a bit in terms of really being usable. Our main problems are water retention and smell. For I drained water, we usually have to run it again and sadly, for the smell, we just leave it pulled out with the lid open most of the time. Not ideal...
