Just put on 15 min quick wash and done. The side kick take almost and hour. Just not worth it in my opinion. Just get 2 side kick drawers pedestals.

Then when it comes to return and replacement order, the delivery date keep being pushed, never be able to get my washer. and there is nothing the customer team can do but keep telling me the washer is further delayed.

Unfortunately, I can't use it because the app invasively inspects your phone to determine if it's been "rooted" (I'm on Android - it's like jailbreak on Apple), and refuses to run if it is. The most recent version of the app also asks for GPS Location permission!! LG has no business investigating my phone to determine what I'm doing with it, or where I'm located.

The warm and cold settings each provide water at about 60 degrees - which is hardly enough to activate detergent. From my research, Cold should be about 80 degrees. Will return or exchange.

It made so much more sense than simply adding a pedestal with a drawer. It raised the front load washer up to a more practical height and added the ability to wash two loads at once or a small load by itself. It does clean everything well and we have had absolutely no issues with it. It runs very quietly and washes well in no matter which cycle we have used. I do wish I could add bleach, but the instructions specifically say not to, I imagine that as corrosive as bleach is it may damage the machine if it wasn't designed for it. In conclusion, this is a very practical appliance and totally useful. This was an expensive purchase, but I we the years we have not regretted it once.
