    I had not even thought about purchasing a sound bar when I went to the store to purchase a TV. My old TV was connected to my existing stereo system. I am so glad I did. The sound is great and it's amazing how the various elements of what you are watching can be sent out in a surround sound type effect without needing a full surround sound system.

    This speaker worked great for over a year. One day after turning on the display was stuck on "Please Wait" and would not connect to our TV or any blue tooth device. We eventually took it to the Geek Squad who also could not determine the root cause. after researching further online, this appears to be a common issue with other LG soundbars.

    Purchased open box “excellent” from Best Buy. Packaging was fine but unfortunately no remote . Not sure how it was rated excellent without a remote being included but the sounds at sounds great.

    Good system for the price. Sounds are good, just wish the bass would be a little more intense but good system nonetheless. Only downfall is having to reconnect every time through the app. It should remember your soundbar and not make you repair every time.

    Liked the soundbar better than the Samsung but it cost more as it was a grade above the Samsung. It really sounds great with the added rear speaker subwoofer for surround sound. But you have to purchase that separately. It was on sake for 120 so it was not much , but added the rear speakers and subwoofer. Now it sounds great!!

    I added this to my LG 48" OLED 4k smart TV to improve the sound provided by the TV speaker. The improvement in clarity and spacial effects was striking and greatly improves the viewing experience. Recommended.
