A: Yes. I have the LG 4K 77" GX hooked up to the HDMI eARC port on the soundbar and an Apple TV 4K hooked up to the remaining HDMI port. It passes the video from the Apple TV through the soundbar to the TV with no issues.

A: No. They aren’t. I spent two hours trying to connect the ones I was sold by a Bestbuy salesman who sold me the two of them together. Why would LG make speakers that aren’t compatible with each other.
