However the only problem was ordering the extra remote speakers the unit I got stated it was compatible but was not. The matching unit is no longer available. So very disappointed!!

It still has never connected and it gives no clues as to why. The app is no help. It just keeps cycling through the same steps, effectively telling you to start over. Need help from a more in-depth manual than the Quick Start that comes with it? Good luck--there isn't one. In fact, when you search the LG support website for SP8YA: Nothing found. Literally, the LG support website has never heard of this product. The saving graces are that I got it for half price, and the volume can be controlled with the TV remote.

LG TV and this work well together with Simplink and Apple TV. Does Dolby Atmos is OK, could be better. I did pair this with LG SPK-8 surround speakers so it covers a 5.1 setup.

After adjustments, still had no depth. Eventually returned with rear speakers. Deff are better options out there for the price

He loves that he can connect to his phone without turning on the tv and hear outside while we do yard work. Best purchase ive made in a while.

I added the rear speaker kit. There is no bass. Even with the sub and bass level turned all the way up. Trying everything and just sounds hollow with no bass. I know the audio source is a big factor but..... My 250$ Samsung bar and wireless sub blew this system away at a fraction of the cost. Sorry to Ben negative but this just isn't worth the price compared to what I am replacing here.
