I love this sound bar but the only problem I have had it the audio seems to be off every day. I just have to unplug it and plug it back in and it fixes it but I wish I didn’t have to but everything else is great.

The product is great. However the power supply was dead on arrival a d i went to the store and they couldnt help me so i purchaed a ps from Amazon.

Tldr- wouldn't recommend. I like some of the higher end lg sound bars, but this was just garbage. It was near impossible to get to sync with Google home, and kept dropping out of the home and had to be deleted and reconfigured 3-4 times in the week that I had it. Its auto power off feature (I think was causing it) would power off the sound bar if streaming audio via Bluetooth and no video was being pumped thru the HDMI. If you do end up with this sub par sound bar, sync it to Google home BEFORE you try to setup in the lg sound bar app. For me if I setup in lg first it ALWAYS failed to connect in Google home. The sound on this bar was pretty good, it's a shame that it's just a PITA to use and setup. I suppose if you don't care about the Bluetooth, or being able to set it up as a Google home speaker.....it might work ok as a regular sound bar.....but for the money and not even caring about those features ....unless it's doorbuster sale.....run like the wind......and even if it is.....I wouldn't waste my money on it. I have 2 lg snc75 sound bars and love them, although I have had a few sporadic issues with those as well with regard to the Google home connection....but it's been rare.

I’m new at this soundboard thing, I usually have a full surround sound system, but all I can say about this is, the atmos is gimmicky. Get a Surround Sound System 5.1 or better

Great sound but returned it. Unfortunately this sound bar and sub degrades my wireless network. I tried using this with both single router (multiple channels) and mesh configuration. It appears to be introducing interference once turned on. I believe its between the sub and sound bar. Attempted resolving with LG.

Great product and professionally installed by Geek Squad. Was frustrated in that I found it much cheaper at Amazon but Best Buy refused to honor the price match because it was being shipped from an Amazon partner.

Assistance at the store by Tony was good very knowledgeable helpful and patient pleased with the product a little difficulty setting up with the app but no great big deal overall very satisfied

Sound is good, but not quite as good as I had hoped for.

Its an okay sound bar, but the bass leaves something to be desired. Sound that comes from the bar is good quality though.

I got this for $300 and it's great. the bass could be better but overall it gets the job done

Love this soundbar. Works well with my old Panasonic plasma tv that is 10 yrs old. I plan on updating my TV to an LG OLED this Fall and then I will be totally LG all around

It’s a decent sound bar but I haven’t gotten the clarity that I have from my Sony soundbar. Overall it’s okay

Absolutely a great addition to my new LG TV. Love it !! I was concerned about the clarity of the voices, but it is clear with no distortion.

Over great product! Sometimes it unsinks with LG TV. But then TV asks to connect. The Bass could be a little deeper, I have not seen if you can adjust treble mid range and bass seperately

Sounds great but will not set up on wifi as advertised.

Geek squad kept us informed of their arrival times s were very courteous and knowledgeable about the TV . Took time to give us a lesson on how it operates. Would definitely recommend them.

I bought this as a close out product. It was at a really good price, and I had high hopes! Sadly after about an hour of usage, the subwoofer started randomly cutting out. I returned it, and Best Buy handled the transaction perfectly and helped me find a different soundbar in stock. Sometimes things fail, and that’s why we have warranties. Despite the unexpected failure, it was still a good experience working with Best Buy.

I love my new LG Sound Bar. I have only had it for one day though. This weekend I have to go back to Best Buy to get another HDMI Cable. I'll do another review then.

Very good audio system, I bought it in lest that $400, and works perfect
