    Sounds alright. Connection problem when using the rear speakers sold separately. Nothing special but works well enough in a small space.

    It sounded good in the store, but when i got it home it was very under whelming. So i got a refund.

    unable to get the subwoofer to operate. It is wireless and the blue light comes on but it doesn't produce any sound. don't know if it is bad or I didn't hook it it up correctly. Others have told me that it is hooked up correctly but I don't count them as experts.

    I am hearing impaired and was told by the salesperson that this would improve the TV sound. It does not. Also the installer told me that if I reconnected my TV Ears, they would not go through the soundbar at all. Therefore, this purchase serves no purpose and I will be returning it.

    Use this daily for TV and for playing music through Bluetooth. Constantly turns off by itself during Bluetooth mode. Customer service did nothing to help. Pretty crappy for something so expensive.

    ARC/eARC does not work

    Soundbar has only worked over optical. Tried everything to make the ARC work and it failed miserably after 2 hours. On paper this soundbar is amazing but it will be returned tomorrow.

    I’ve had it 5 weeks and it already has quit working. It all of a sudden won’t recognize my Xbox series x. Super disappointed.

    Just purchased along with rear kit Not Happy at all...Sub is way to soft even at its highest level and on bass boost, Dont feel the surround at all rear speakers are putting out same as fronts (yes it in surround mode) Will Be Boxing Up and Returning.....Very Disappointed

    Purchased to pair with Samsung TV because it was on sale. Worked beautifully for approx 10 minutes, then quit. Reboot - 5 minutes this time, emitted high pitched squeal. Returned unit for a replacement- same issue. Guessing it’s a green board issue.

    No Bass.. Only screams

    Not good. I was using yamaha yas 209 which was far better and much cheaper. There’s no bass at all even in higher settings and volume. It just screams at you.

    I purchased a LG Sound-bar for my Samsung TV to find out it didn’t work and was shipped out for repair, after waiting a month I was told they can’t fix it.
